I came in looking to test drive, and maybe purchase, a Ram 1500. Brian was one of the most respectful, professional, and just nicest people to work with. I ended up going with a different truck, but if I Ram 1500. Brian was one of the most respectful, professional, and just nicest people to work with. I ended up going with a different truck, but if I buy another, I'd definately like to buy with Brian handling me the keys! What a nice guy! More
Very Happy with Used Car Repair Very happy with the resolution of my complex issue with a failed quadra-trac transfer case. Adam (service adviser), Guy (mechanic), McKay (sales rep) Very happy with the resolution of my complex issue with a failed quadra-trac transfer case. Adam (service adviser), Guy (mechanic), McKay (sales rep) all worked hard to stay in touch, diagnose and replace the transfer case. I believe the real test of a car buying experience is when problems arise. This issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you! More

Service Appointments I purchased a RAM 1500 at this location back in 2015 and from day 1 had service issues. Once I purchased the EcoDiesel, from another dealership I tho I purchased a RAM 1500 at this location back in 2015 and from day 1 had service issues. Once I purchased the EcoDiesel, from another dealership I thought I could get away from Larry H Miller service department but unfortunately only the dealership can deal with the EcoDiesel's so I am back dealing with the terrible service again. First is the issue with the EcoDiesel's themselves. Diesel vehicles are not suppose to require oil changes as frequently has gas vehicles but that does not seem to be the case with the RAM Ecodiesel. I have to pay over $200 for an oil change every few months which is ridiculous. The power and emissions is also a serious issue but that is for another time. Now for the service at LMH. I had a 7am appointment for another $200 oil change. It is now 9:45am and I am being told it will be another 2 hours. This is a regular thing at this service department and is unacceptable. People need to rearrange work appointments to do this and you just assume that is normal. If I gave my clients service like this I would not have any clients so it makes me wonder how you have stayed in business. The communication is horrible, lies continue and most of the people in the department seem to be flat out inept at their job. More
15+ year relationship down the drain After 10 vehicles and a 15 year relationship with his dealership, they will never receive our business again. Our Salesman was absolutely awesome, After 10 vehicles and a 15 year relationship with his dealership, they will never receive our business again. Our Salesman was absolutely awesome, as always; he really has tried his best to make our experience everything we could hope for. Early December 2019 we found a new Jeep we liked, however we wanted a few options that weren't available on the lot. Our sales guy, Bayo, was able to locate one at a sister dealership in a nearby town and we drove down to inspect it. It was *perfect* - however once we were ready to take it away, the sister dealership refused and said they had a "sale pending" on the item. This turned out to be false, as we saw the Jeep offered for sale on their website four days after we were turned away. After doing some research, this sounds like a pretty consistent thing that happens with the LHM dealerships. Their leadership teams really need to fix this issue or quit claiming to have in-network vehicles. Bayo found yet another one that was above expectations, and he drove 4 hours to pick it up for us; the guy deserves a raise for sure! However once we hit financing, the trouble began. We turned in our leased truck early and leased a new Jeep wrangler. It took four visits back to the dealer to get the tax paperwork figured out properly, It took them almost seven weeks to pay off the previous lease - which means we had to pay an extra two payments and throughout the whole ordeal they demanded we come in and pay our monthly lease payment for the new Jeep, four months worth of car payments! The finance managers cavalier response: Well, you'll get the other payments back in a few months. Absolutely no regard for the stress he's causing. Additionally, since we didn't realize we still had a "lease" contract on the previous vehicle, we discontinued insurance on it, which is a big contractual no-no - what a mess! The finance guy claimed ignorance of the lease payoff issue, saying they paid it off over a month prior. They pushed us back to the financial institution who pointed fingers back to the dealership. Once we demanded proof of payment we found that he didn't pay it off until we raised the concern. Beyond lying originally, the dealership attempted to cover up the issue. Our new lease payment is (quite a bit) higher than we originally wanted, but we absolutely love the vehicle so we're dealing with it. Our previous lease company just called and said the check has not yet made it to them, and it could be up to 6 weeks after the pay off before we'll see a refund. Over the last year the service department has been horrible to deal with, so much so that we have started taking our vehicle an additional 30 minute drive; Since we've found another dealership we can trust with service, we've decided to give them a shot on our next vehicle change - which happens to be only six short months away! My requests for senior managers to discuss the issue with me went unanswered. There isn't anything that would make this situation better, we aren't looking for any compensation, just honesty and transparency. Our relationship will no longer continue which is unfortunate for our extremely awesome sales guy, who has worked with us on eight of the ten vehicles. More
Our experience buying our new Rubicon was awesome, due to Monty making it so. He has an authentic personality which makes all the difference and ultimately makes the buying experience enjoyable! If you want to have a rocking experience and value your car buying experience, look no further than the Larry H. Miller dealership! I bought my very first Jeep last year, right before Thanksgiving, and boy car buying experience, look no further than the Larry H. Miller dealership! I bought my very first Jeep last year, right before Thanksgiving, and boy am I THANKFUL too! My Cherokee Trailhawk can do pretty much anything I ask of it every time I take it off-roads... (now if only I could get my wife to quit sneaking off with it for weekend grocery/shopping trips, then I'd be 100% satisfied, *laughs* 😄)! Do yourself the biggest favor and go talk to the sales assistant named Jeff. This young man had a fine attitude, very knowledgeable, and he was even able to show me all the individual differences between the Limited and Trailhawk models, which made me change my mind after I thought I had it all figured out after browsing online... He'll go out of his way to assist you in your buying experience and he wants to get the best deal he can for you because he's not selling you just 1 vehicle, but all your family's future vehicle purchases too. He could be a part-time comedian too, don't ever let him try to start telling you the story about his nephew and "the cranberry sauce"— you'll be howling in tears for the next 5 minutes!! I'm cracking up again just remembering it all!!!!! Thank you so much to all the rest of the team members that served me during my buying process and making it the best one in a very long time! *Special thanks to Mr. Gher from work for making me realize I needed a Jeep, too!* 🚙 More
