My daughter bought a 2018 durango about a month ago and after about 25 days finding out the trade in vehicle was not paid off yet, i thought id find out why. Her credit was fine but she needed a co-signer, after about 25 days finding out the trade in vehicle was not paid off yet, i thought id find out why. Her credit was fine but she needed a co-signer, she got one and thought everything was fine and come to find out it was everything but fine..they changed and wanted the co signer to be the primary, the interest rate was 6.9 to start and ended up being about 13 percent, i spoke with Ron in finance and the interest rate was back to 6.9, and another gentleman came in and took 2200 dollars off the price of the vehicle and thought things were fine when we left that night, she and the co signer signed the paperwork on 2-29 and the rate was back up to 13 percent and the co signer was back as the primary, and she has to make a payment on the car she traded in because its not going to be paid off in time, i, myself bought 4 cars from the previous dealership but since the name change this dealership is the worst in doing business ive ever heard of and ive bought 20 vehicles in town in the 28 years ive lived here and have never heard of the crap this dealership has pulled.. Their service department is horrible also. They wanted me to wait a week to get a battery changed and a week for an oil change, i took my vehicle to the place in Longmont where i bought my vehicle and both jobs were done on the same day, its pretty sad ive got to drive 30 minutes up the road to get quality work done but can't get any service from a place 10 minutes away..i think your dealership sucks and is the worst ive ever experienced and usually starts from the top-down, soo my daughter will be goin to my dealership north as i know there more than competent and do great work.. Im a father just writing how my daughter i feel got screwed by your dishonesty of the whole deal and promise to not go back, the name Larry Miller is stained as they allow this kind of things to happen at their dealership.. Super disappointed in the treatment I received. zero greeting from the people on the drive. Service Advisor also gave no greeting was super unfriendly and said no to my request for an oil change stating greeting from the people on the drive. Service Advisor also gave no greeting was super unfriendly and said no to my request for an oil change stating they were "booked" up. I was a service advisor for CJDR in Tx and we would never get away with that attitude. Customer Service is definitely missing with your service drive. It was my very first encounter at this location and my last. More
