Jeep Service Purchased a Jeep that is now a year old. The engine light is constantly on and auto start won't work. I have tried for over 6 months to get it corrected and have the unrelated recall addressed. The service department has absolutely no commitment to "customer service". If you are lucky enough to get through on the phone the receptionist gets irritated that you don't schedule online. When you try to schedule online they are no less than two weeks out for an issue that leaves my new Jeep undrivable. This will prevent me from another purchase for sure. More

I was given Jake’s number by a business associate and was told that he was the man to go to. I called him told him what I was looking for when I went in he was not pushy had found what I was wanting.
