I have tried for over 6 months to get it corrected and have the unrelated recall addressed. The service department has absolutely no commitment to "customer service". If you are lucky enough to get through on the phone the receptionist gets irritated that you don't schedule online. When you try to schedule online they are no less than two weeks out for an issue that leaves my new Jeep undrivable. This will prevent me from another purchase for sure. More
