I have used them many times since then. They have always got me in and out and never had to wait long.Over the years they have continued their great service. The people that work at Larry Miller Jeep are always helpful. Robbie Hatfield and Larry have been the most recent ones I worked with and they were great.Thank you for the excellent service Linda More
This place is TRASH! Sales, service, answering the phone, any sort of help that you need will go unheard and unanswered. I purchased a 2014 dodge charger that the starter Sales, service, answering the phone, any sort of help that you need will go unheard and unanswered. I purchased a 2014 dodge charger that the starter went out in it literally the day after I bought it. I purchased their warranty coverage so I thought this would turn out to be nothing more than a minor inconvenience; I thought wrong. The purchase was so new that they couldn't pull up my coverage information. At first I thought it was a battery issue cause the car would intermittently start on occasion. I jumped the battery got the car down there; they serviced it and told me the battery and everything checked out. Once I got it back home the car started doing the same thing so this time I had it towed. They told me that if I paid for the tow that they would reimburse me since i purchased the warranty but they couldn't pull up my coverage- that never happened. Turns out it was the starter not the battery and they repaired it. A few weeks later they called me to offer a free window tint, which I thought was nice of them, so I scheduled it. The day of the appointment when I arrived they told me that the installers didn't have all the tools needed to go darker with my tint since the windows were already tinted and asked if I could come back a few days later when they would be there with everything they needed. I was disappointed, but rescheduled. When I did show up for my appointment a few days later the installers weren't even there that day and told me the installers usually only work on a certain day of the week: the day my original appointment was scheduled They told me that they would have someone contact me to come get the car and get the tint installed and as I'm sure you've guessed it: that never happened as well. I still never received my reimbursement for the tow, never did get the windows tinted and wasted a bunch of time and gas driving to and from this place. It's a few months later and I've pretty much given up on that whole situation, but now my car wont start again and I'm truly dreading having to take my car back to these people or deal with them at all. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time, hassle, and headache: shop somewhere else! More
online price very deceiving found a Ram 1500 stock #LN147260 online advertised for $50,847 confirmed via text before I test drove the truck. After I took it for a test drive, I w found a Ram 1500 stock #LN147260 online advertised for $50,847 confirmed via text before I test drove the truck. After I took it for a test drive, I was told that the truck price was 66,000 because of the lift package. No where on the add did it mention this. My budget was right around 50K-55K. Big waste of my time. I was ready to buy my first Ram. Even after they apologized for the "mistake" the add is still there a week later. Bait and Switch at it's finest. More
I am saddened that a “business” is able to function the way they do. On 4/16/20 I brought my Jeep in for a simple navigation update, I was charged 157 dollars and some change only to find out the update wa way they do. On 4/16/20 I brought my Jeep in for a simple navigation update, I was charged 157 dollars and some change only to find out the update was never performed. I called the service advisor, my call was never returned. I spoke with Jon, he told me to bring it back and scheduled the service. As scheduled I brought the Jeep back explained the update had not been done, I still can not download the new maps package as a result. I was questioning relentlessly, treated like I was a child who was lying. After leaving my vehicle I assumed the work had been completed. I was wrong. It still has not been completed I still have the 18.11.07 version, per Uconnect directly associated with my vin I need the 18.45.01 update that was released in December of 2019. I still can not upload the new version of the maps package I purchased. I can not get ahold of anyone at the dealership. After seeing my frustration my fiancé called both the service advisor and manager. I still have not received a call back. So in essence they charged me for work that wasn’t done, now refuse to answer any calls or call back. I believe that’s called fraud. This is why I have my vehicle serviced at another dealership. Unfortunately I needed Jeep to perform the update. More
A company’s reputation always starts at the top. I took my vehicle into LHM on 2/8/20. They wrecked it and some 83days later I still do not have it back. Tons of excuses. Lie after lie and I’m out thousand my vehicle into LHM on 2/8/20. They wrecked it and some 83days later I still do not have it back. Tons of excuses. Lie after lie and I’m out thousands of dollars. I will be suing LHM. I truly don’t know how this dealership is still open. I’ve contacted Fox31 and will be telling my entire story soon enough. More

I drove from Colorado to New York in January 2020, so I just took my car for another oil change, I was so surprised to hear from the inspector my break pads were metal-to-metal, the oil container had a leak, and my air filter needed to be replaced ASAP. I had to pay another $1,200 to get the job Larry H Miller should have done. Larry H Miller made those $1,500.00 very easy, by not even doing their job. I am so lucky I did not get into an accident because of this place. Thanks God my husband and I are still alive after driving across the country with pads that were supposed to be changed and were not. More

Everything was already "approved" through their website for the numbers i wanted to pay and the vehicle I wanted. They wasted my time in the service area (no one said hello) for 45 minutes while the very nice lady inside tried to find my sales guy. I waited inside for 15 minutes and no one introduced themselves or were any better help and then tried to give me a pitch with junky numbers. I walked. Went to Autonation Jeep West website, spent all of one hour online/emails and then 10 minutes with paperwork/signing on site and drove away a better equipped Gladiator for less money than what I originally wanted. So I text the dealership and a sale employee calls my phone and I ask the price of the DTS and the guy asked if I was paying cash or financing. I am willing to pay cash. He says without running the vehicle through their shop it will be $6,000 but will still run it through their safety shop. But I won't be able to look at it until April 14th. I saw this morning they have a drive and go, I email them about the ad. The same guy calls me back and this time, was a rude xxxxx! because now the car is $8,999 and now he says buy as is! without running it through our shop, or anything for $6,000. I told him "huh" can I test drive it? He said well I would have to put in through our shop and the price will go up and you will have to pay whatever it cost for them to fix it, I ask him if he is trying to sell me a lemon? So we went back and forth and got nowhere. Would I but this car or any car from them again........ NEVER!
