Worst Dealer Ever Hands down the worst Dealership experience ever. Sales and Finance, if they were a little better, it would be funny but, since they are sooo bad its just sad. If the price for the truck I wanted wasn't so good I would never have put up with any of it. I do not recommend them to anyone!! More
NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! I wish I could give zero stars. Literally the only Dodge dealership around so we trusted that they would know how to handle a 2015 Dodge Dart. AC went out, took it give zero stars. Literally the only Dodge dealership around so we trusted that they would know how to handle a 2015 Dodge Dart. AC went out, took it in for service, they kept the car for 2 weeks, then when we called them to find out where our car was n if it was done, they said they needed to order a part. So we picked the car up and they said they would call us when the part came in. TWO YEARS PASSED...we never got called back about a part. So we called again to see if we could finally get it fixed n they were like yep bring it in. When we picked it up, it sorta worked. But not even 6 months later it went out again. So we finally moved out of state and took it back to the dealership we purchased from and asked them to fix it. $1200 in parts later, they told us that the lovely people at Larry H Miller bypassed the cpu and burnt out the compressor which we now have to replace, among other repairs. Also took my Jeep there after a car accident to see if they could tell if the airbags deployed or what was going on because the airbag light was on, but no airbags came out. Wasn't sure if they were going to randomly deploy on us while driving (car was later deemed totaled by insurance, but emergency services said we could drive off from the accident.) So we took it in for an evaluation and report to give to our insurance...collision company told us to go thru a dealership for airbag evaluation by the way. They kept the car for a week n I called to ask if it was done because we never got a call about it. They said yeah come get it and when I picked it up, I asked about the airbags. Literally the only reason we took it there. They said yeah we didn't check that, but your bumper is messed up. REALLY SHERLOCK?! Refused to ever go there again n wish I could get back every dollar we ever wasted there. More

He was friendly, professional, and followed up on little nit picky things that were important to me. Anytime I was there the dealership was busy but he made me feel like I was his only client. I had my truck personalized with some striping decals and my trade in was coming in from out of state so it wasn't a normal transaction. Kurt is fairly new but you couldn't tell because everything worked out just as planned. He followed up on the striping and even on the paperwork with the finance person. Everything worked right on schedule and I left a very happy person with a really cool truck. Thank you Kurt! I have already recommended not only the dealership (where I had never been before) but Kurt specifically. I appreciate everything he did to make it happen! The person that put the decals on (not sure what his name is) did an incredible job. I've already received so many compliments. They turned out perfectly. Jason in Parts was also very helpful. More

Great experience I started going to Larry Miller Chrysler,Dodge Jeep in 2003.The mechanics have been very professional and did a great job repairing my Jeep when it qu I started going to Larry Miller Chrysler,Dodge Jeep in 2003.The mechanics have been very professional and did a great job repairing my Jeep when it quit working after an accident. I have used them many times since then.They have always got me in and out and never had to wait long.Over the years they have continued their great service. The people that work at Larry Miller Jeep are always helpful. Robbie Hatfield and Larry have been the most recent ones I worked with and they were great.Thank you for the excellent service Linda More
This place is TRASH! Sales, service, answering the phone, any sort of help that you need will go unheard and unanswered. I purchased a 2014 dodge charger that the starter Sales, service, answering the phone, any sort of help that you need will go unheard and unanswered. I purchased a 2014 dodge charger that the starter went out in it literally the day after I bought it. I purchased their warranty coverage so I thought this would turn out to be nothing more than a minor inconvenience; I thought wrong. The purchase was so new that they couldn't pull up my coverage information. At first I thought it was a battery issue cause the car would intermittently start on occasion. I jumped the battery got the car down there; they serviced it and told me the battery and everything checked out. Once I got it back home the car started doing the same thing so this time I had it towed. They told me that if I paid for the tow that they would reimburse me since i purchased the warranty but they couldn't pull up my coverage- that never happened. Turns out it was the starter not the battery and they repaired it. A few weeks later they called me to offer a free window tint, which I thought was nice of them, so I scheduled it. The day of the appointment when I arrived they told me that the installers didn't have all the tools needed to go darker with my tint since the windows were already tinted and asked if I could come back a few days later when they would be there with everything they needed. I was disappointed, but rescheduled. When I did show up for my appointment a few days later the installers weren't even there that day and told me the installers usually only work on a certain day of the week: the day my original appointment was scheduled They told me that they would have someone contact me to come get the car and get the tint installed and as I'm sure you've guessed it: that never happened as well. I still never received my reimbursement for the tow, never did get the windows tinted and wasted a bunch of time and gas driving to and from this place. It's a few months later and I've pretty much given up on that whole situation, but now my car wont start again and I'm truly dreading having to take my car back to these people or deal with them at all. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time, hassle, and headache: shop somewhere else! More
