Awful experience - unethical practices Received a quote for the price of a new minivan. Had it confirmed via text message. Drove down over the next test drove it twice. After sitting down to do the credit check was told the vehicle was 5k more than my quote. Two hours later manager confirmed that it was an error but could not do anything about it. Very frustrated. Overall a terrible experience that I suspect was purposeful - simply a bait and switch. Get me in the door for a stated price then refuse to honor it, hoping that I would be so invested that I would not walk away. They also were constantly trying to highlight monthly payments and telling me I was mistaken. More

Shady employees who tell you the deal has changed and then lie to you regarding it. Went to trade a truck in and was put into a Jeep Compass. No issues with the Compass, other than the payments were no then lie to you regarding it. Went to trade a truck in and was put into a Jeep Compass. No issues with the Compass, other than the payments were not what I had agreed to. I was originally told the payment would be one amount. I was called to the dealership 2 weeks later to "sign additional paperwork". Got to the dealership and was advised the first deal did not go through, but there was an approval at a second bank for a higher monthly payment. I did not sign these papers and advised I would take a day to think about it. Upon returning to LHM, I decided I did not want the higher payments and just wanted my truck back (there had not been a deal). Less than 5 minutes in the door, the manager (who was extremely rude) came over and said the original deal went through. He refused to converse in an adult conversation and told me "we don't take returns". I was told the first deal fell through, thus being the reason for the second deal (the one I didn't sign). Then less than 5 minutes in the door, they learned I did not want to purchase and all of a sudden they have an approval? When asking what bank it was financed through, they REFUSED to tell me. Absolutely REFUSED. I asked for the GM (Brent Wood) and was told by Lionel (Finance) they did not have his number and did not know when he would return. I got the number myself (720-240-2008) and left him a voicemail. I informed Lionel I had done so and at that point I was told "that's his direct number". Thought they didn't have it! Lionel also advised Mr. Wood was on vacation and would be back the following week. Thought he didn't know when he would return. The manager who was attempting to make the deal go through at a moments notice left me standing in the showroom, never to return. Lionel advised me that they knew I was there and would be over in a couple of minutes. He never arrived. I advised the finance department I would be blasting this review online. The original vehicle is legally still titled and registered in my name and when a deal does not go through, deceptive business/sales practices are not the way to go. Due to the matter, I advised I will be seeking legal action, as well as contacting the BBB, and any other entity necessary. Do not get a vehicle from this dealership. They will clearly lie to your face and provide you with misleading information. I have been buying cars for over 20 years and this is by far the worst dealership in the Denver area. If you want to be treated with respect and fairness, do not go to Larry H. Miller. More
