In the past 18 months I unfortunately had to have both sides of the lifters repaired on Jeep Wrangler. That is the only repair I have had to perform since owning my Jeep brand new and I did have 108,000 sides of the lifters repaired on Jeep Wrangler. That is the only repair I have had to perform since owning my Jeep brand new and I did have 108,000 (passenger side repair) and 140,000 miles (drivers side repair) so I am happy with the Jeep vehicle. Upon having to have the drivers side repair I did have to bring my Jeep in a second time because I started having the same issue. Jon was very helpful and apologetic that I was inconvenienced on this return visit. He immediately summoned Chase Miller to assist me in getting my Jeep checked in and back to the service technician. Chase kept me updated throughout the process and ensured I was taken care of. I will always ask for Chase or Jon whenever I need dealership service again. When I come back to buy my next Jeep at Larry Miller it will be because of the service Chase provided to me. More
