Absolutely awful RAM new sales manager contact....I had a buy bid on my Ford truck from a Ford dealer so it was not in play except that I wanted the tax break on the trade...the sales manager wouldn’t listen buy bid on my Ford truck from a Ford dealer so it was not in play except that I wanted the tax break on the trade...the sales manager wouldn’t listen or it didn’t register and low balled me anyway 7,000 under the buy bid....I even had Mannheim numbers verifying the honest buy bid numbers...I walked... Eventually, another dealer traded for the truck LHM had and I even got another 3500 in rebates above what LHM offered.... For me...completely dishonest sales tower practices and I will never return to LHM. More
