We went in with no plans to buy a vehicle but wanted to start doing our research to see what options there may be as we were going to be in the market shortly. We were possibly interested in Jeep Grand Ch start doing our research to see what options there may be as we were going to be in the market shortly. We were possibly interested in Jeep Grand Cherokees and after being pleasantly greeted by Max on arrival, he began learning what it was we might be looking for and started showing us some options. We left later that afternoon in a beautiful Grand Cherokee that fit all the specifications we were looking for and then some! He even got us decked out with the all weather mats! Max was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. I usually dread going to the dealership but Max never once made us feel pressured or rushed. We felt that he was truly genuine and wanted to do what he could to make us feel comfortable with the process. Though we did not plan to be leaving that day in a new vehicle (nor did we need to), he made us an offer we just could not refuse.
