Larry H. Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 104th

I've had an issue with my Jeep since I bought it...it was "repaired" twice at this service shop, but the issue came back INCONVENIENTLY during the covid shutdown. By the time my childcare situation improved "repaired" twice at this service shop, but the issue came back INCONVENIENTLY during the covid shutdown. By the time my childcare situation improved I tried to go back and get the same thing fixed a third time, to be told it is no longer under warranty and Jeep won't help me, but I could pay for them to "fix it" again!!! I declined, since it WASN'T EVER fixed the previous times. But here I am now, with a still broken Jeep, still super high loan payment, and no help from Jeep. To be fair, someone in the service dept did TRY to request Jeep to cover it but was denied. I'm very unhappy with how this has been handled, as I've been dealing with the same problem for YEARS and it all has been DOCUMENTED, but they won't even try to fix it now. More
