Had many many delays misinformation terrible service after purchasing a used car from Larry H Miller on 3 of June and was still waiting too take possession on the 18th of June. After speaking with my sales rep Tino week after week and being given excuse after excuse way it wasn’t ready. Including that financing hadn’t cleared. That was funny because I had written a check and it had already cleared my checking three days after purchase. Only to find out it was for the person that traded this vehicle in. I must have missed that in the bill of sale where it was contingent on someone else’s financing clearing. On the 18 June my sales agent Tino acted like he couldn’t hear me on the phone and hung up. That’s when my daughter and I decided to make the long drive from SE Aurora up north to the dealership and at this point we had no trust in the sales department. When we arrived we went to the service department to find out if the car was really in the shop. We explained the whole story to the service department receptionist and finally got straight answers about parts they’re waiting for. She was very understanding and said this should never happen at their dealership. She made calls to her manager and used car manager and personally walked us over to the sale floor. The sales manager then assigned us a new sale rep Max Hourieh and now I know why he had awards on his desk. Knowing the parts would be in on the 21 June I think there was a chance to be delayed again that’s when Max went and picked the parts up himself and texted pictures. He got specialized mechanic to hold over and install them that day. Thank you Max for your hard work and being honest and direct. We were able to finally get the car that afternoon on the 21 June. Max really went above and beyond and restored a bit of faith in the sale staff. More

Sterling was helpful securing the vehicle desired while closed on Sunday as we wanted to come in Monday afternoon to purchase it. Traded my car in on April 29th. It’s now JUNE 24th and my 2018 Jeep is still not paid off. LM didn’t send my payoff for almost 40 days. I had to make 2 payment on a vehicle I turned in to avoid it hitting my 2018 Jeep is still not paid off. LM didn’t send my payoff for almost 40 days. I had to make 2 payment on a vehicle I turned in to avoid it hitting my credit, all the while making my payment on my new jeep. Not one person at the dealership would return my calls including the GM. Kiersten was answering the phone for sales one the days I tried reaching someone to help and she was extremely rude even though I had a valid issue and she kept picking up my call and sending me directly to voicemail refusing to answer my calls, at least 20 times in a row. She would let me speak to anyone. Just picked up the phone without even answering it and forwarding me to vm. My husband and myself left several voicemails on all phone numbers provided including direct numbers to all the managers Sterling gave me and not one time did they answer the phone or return one of our calls. To this day we still haven’t heard from anyone My salesperson was helpful but eventually he stopped responding as well. What a joke. Beware and have money saved to make 2 payments at minimum on a vehicle they’ve probably already sold on top of your new vehicle. More
