Since January I have been trying to get my stereo fixed I have been promised over four occasions that the stereo would be in within the next week only to find every time it’s not. After seven months this la have been promised over four occasions that the stereo would be in within the next week only to find every time it’s not. After seven months this last time I was told the general manager himself was handling the ordering of the radio and that I was assured next Thursday which is three weeks ago that it would be in. Now all of a sudden after four times they are telling me they don’t have any record of anything even though the last four times there was plenty of record plus I have copies of email communications as well as voicemails they’ve left. there’s no integrity there’s no character this is a dangerous dealership the turnover of people has been ridiculous and the lack of consistency and communication and service criminal.
