My jeep lease is coming up, and I went in to see what they could help me with to see if i could possibly get into another grand Cherokee from my current lease right now witch is a Cherokee I was not at a they could help me with to see if i could possibly get into another grand Cherokee from my current lease right now witch is a Cherokee I was not at all impressed with the customer service I got today, I drive a grand Cherokee L and loved it and was gonna see what they could do for me, didn’t even look at my trade, didn’t even bother to even offer anything else sales guy told the manager about my lease, and pretty much said my manager said the leases can change due to the ship shortage and the ETA on a order, I didn’t get any of the information I needed at all, I’m not happy I’ve bought 2 cars fork them and will not be giving them my service again, I’m gonna contact a auto broker and go from there my friend said going through a auto broker is much less stressful then any dealer, and tried to call back to speak to a manager and had every excuse in the book about he said to take a name and number down and he’ll call you back, and also used the excuse he’s busy with deals when I was just in there and there was hardly anything going on but then chatting and on there phones! Really bothers me that I have boughten 2 almost 3 vehicles from them and this is how they wanna, waste my food on the information I wanted and drove there and left with nothing!!!! More
