My lease was up on my vehicle so i contacted the dealership to see what my options where. Max was absolutely fantastic. Usually when you're in any dealership there's a ton of pressure but Max ma dealership to see what my options where. Max was absolutely fantastic. Everything was broken down clearly so there where no surprises when it came to signing paperwork. I highly recommend asking for Max if/when you're ready to purchase a vehicle. More

Do not bring your truck, car , or jeep here. This is the most incompetent and unreliable service center out there. Let me explain: - 12/2/2021 I bring my truck in for a checking engine light This is the most incompetent and unreliable service center out there. Let me explain: - 12/2/2021 I bring my truck in for a checking engine light indicating a P2096 code and that there is a strong exhaust smell inside the cabin. Larry H Miller says that there is a crack in my exhaust manifold and that they ordered the part but its on national back order. They also state that “the truck is fine to drive but avoid the recirculation setting on the climate control.” CO poisoning anyone? - 1/5/2022 I file a claim with Ram Cares indicating the issue still hasn’t been addressed and the smell is getting worse. They tell me that they are going to expedite the part. - 1/18/2022 I call again saying I still haven’t had the issue fixed and they tell me to expect the part late January/ Early February - 1/28/2022 I call to get an update on the part and they say its been delayed until mid February early March. - 2/13/2022 I’m notified that the part is being delivered and schedule an appointment with Larry H Miller once again to install. - 2/23/2022 I drop my truck off on a Tuesday for the service and manifold replacement and have to get a rental car. - 2/25/2022 I call Larry H Miller to get an update on when I can pick up my truck and I’m told that they ordered the wrong bolts that connect the exhaust manifold to the Engine. They say that they will need to order those and they wont be in until 2/28/2022. - 2/28/2022 I bring my truck back after the part arrives and have to get another rental. Larry H Miller says they will only cover the rental for Tuesday that the truck is being worked on. I am on my own to cover the truck for 2/28/2022 even though they told me “bring the truck in Monday and we will begin the repair.” - 3/1/2022 I call them at the end of the day to arrange pick up of my truck. My service advisor notifies me that “The exhaust manifold was not actually cracked” and that “we didn’t replace it, we just needed to tighten the nuts that connect the exhaust to the studs.” They refused to replace the exhaust manifold that I’ve waited 3 months for. I waited 3 months for this repair. I’ve spent countless hours dealing with rentals, which all were not covered except 1. This was due to their technicians not doing a complete inspection initially of the truck. I was told the truck was fine to drive with exhaust gas leaking into the cabin, at which one point made me sick. I have never experienced a service center be so incoherent on how to deal with a mechanical issue which allegedly just was bolts needing to be tightened. I still don’t truly believe that the issue is fixed. I notify the service manager that I’m going to notify the BBB and he says “what can we do to not have you do that?” “How about a free detail?” I decline as I would never allow these guys to touch one of my personal belongings ever again. I hope others learn from my mistakes. More
