I would give zero stars if that were an option. I brought my 2018 Jeep Wrangler to your dealership on November 8th, and only today, December 12th, did I finally get it back—after 34 days. But the delay isn’t even the worst part of my experience. The lack of professionalism, care, and honesty throughout this process was appalling. I stayed in constant contact, yet your team repeatedly gave me inaccurate or misleading information. For example, I was told my Toyota warranty was declined, which turned out to be false. I had to personally intervene and spend significant time and energy resolving issues your service team should have handled. Adding insult to injury, the dealership refused to provide a rental car during the 34-day delay. As a result, I had to spend nearly $700 out of pocket for a rental just to get by—without any offer of support or reimbursement from your team. This showed a total lack of care for the inconvenience caused to me as a customer. When I finally picked up my Jeep this morning, it was filthy on the outside, the tire pressure warning light was on, and the low fuel light was on, leaving me with barely enough gas to get to a station. After 34 days in your care, this blatant lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer convenience was insulting and unprofessional. I’ve been a lifelong Jeep enthusiast, growing up with and loving the brand. But after this experience, I don’t ever want to own a Jeep again. More importantly, I feel a responsibility to warn others: do not bring your vehicle to this dealership for service. This level of negligence and disregard for customer experience is unacceptable. I hope you take this as a wake-up call to overhaul your service department and restore some semblance of integrity and customer care. More
The service is a joke you cant call ant talk to anyone. U have to schedule online when u get there they tell you to leave it for 2 weeks so they can diagnose it ! Who can leave there car for 2 weeks. Worst experience with the service department here. Been without a car going on 2 months now. My car wouldn't start 2 months ago, and took it to get serviced here. It worked for 2 days, then same issue Been without a car going on 2 months now. My car wouldn't start 2 months ago, and took it to get serviced here. It worked for 2 days, then same issue. Got it towed to the dealership, took them 3 weeks to get it fixed. Had it for another 2-3 days and it broke down again, same issue. We're going on another 3 weeks as of now and I can't get a clear answer out of anyone. The service dept can only tell me that my car is haunted aka they have no idea how to fix this. Worst part is that no one reaches out to update you and there is no communication at all. You can call and reach their VM and leave them messages, but you won't get a follow up. They need to clean house on this dealership already!! F***ing frustrating!! More

He really made sure that things were taken care of on the car if there was an issue, and I felt that he took care of the car as if this was his own. The price we got was great. I would actually go back to him again. My daughter bought her first car they she worked really hard for and he was awesome to work with and so many things that he gave to her for her car. I work in the car manufacturing industry and I’m very critical of dealerships and them really being their customers. Nick was truly amazing. More

I just bought my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the experience couldn’t be better! Jedman was the best! He was very patient with answering all my questions and letting us test drive different models.
