If i still have it, I'm okay to bring my car but if it's already end, I'm just waste my time and i need to pay too. And I'm very happy too because i bought the car from them, they gave me some deals. Horrible Sales Visit My wife and I have been looking to purchase a used SUV - something a couple years old with less than 30,000 miles. We contacted LHM used cars and they My wife and I have been looking to purchase a used SUV - something a couple years old with less than 30,000 miles. We contacted LHM used cars and they were great initially - they took a list of the vehicles we were interested in (most in the $30,000-35,000 range), set an appointment for the next morning, and told us they would have all those vehicle types ready for us to drive.When we arrived at the appointment the next morning, our appointment was listed on LHM's appointment board as you walk in the front door, but the person we were supposed to meet wasn't there. We were referred to someone else who we were told was expecting us. The first question we were asked is what type of vehicle we were interested in. We explained that we had been promised that the vehicles would be there ready for us to test drive. The sales person let us know they didn't have a single one of those vehicles on the lot. Complete waste of a Saturday morning. We are ready to purchase a vehicle, but LHM will not be getting our business now or in the future. More

Service Department Review I've been to quite a few shops in the past for new cars. I even have a brand new Ken Garff facility I could go to that is closer to my house. I choose LHM in Provo simply because they really are the BEST service department I have used in all my years of owning new cars. ALL the service advisors are very knowledgable. They ALWAYS check for any recall notices. All work has been done on time or earlier. When I ask to see my vehicle as it is being serviced, they take me back immediately with no questions asked. It's too bad ALL Chevy service departments are not this well run. More
