Twice I have gone in to have an oil change. First time was told there was a 1 1/2 hour wait. Only one car was in the line that I could see. Second time a week later during a time that online said was the was told there was a 1 1/2 hour wait. Only one car was in the line that I could see. Second time a week later during a time that online said was the slowest time. This time it was a 2 hour wait with no cars in the bay and the young man I spoke to was very rude asking if I had an appointment.....for an oil change, since when. I would go elsewhere but I purchased the 3 oil change deal and have only used 1. I looked on the web page and it said no appointment was needed. My suggestion is to go elsewhere where your business is appreciated More
The dealership was honest , service advisor keep me informed answers all the questions I asked him. I would work through Russell again. Despite having an appointment it took more than two and a half hours to get an oil change. This is one of the many businesses that is using the flu as an excuse to provide crappy customer service.
