My husband went in looking for a specific truck. They only had one. The tailgate was bent in and rusted. Which, is an easy and affordable repair....if we did it. I won't mention names. The 'manager' was flat out rude!!! The salesman, however, was really polite. The manager came back with a price after fixing the tailgate and all the other things, which I'm sure they would have just painted over. And the cost he said it would be to fix it was RIDICULOUS! We were in there, test drove, went over prices in less than an hour. All the manager gave a crap about is selling the truck and getting it off the lot. Not to mention the price he gave us was 10,000 more than blue book value for that truck, which was ridiculous with the body damage it had. The manager basically had the attitude "if you're not going to pay that price, then get off the lot." He was trying to rip us off. Just because we are younger, does not mean we are suckers! He must have thought we were idiots! I will NEVER go back to this dealership... EVER!!! More

The tech they used was very good, and the service manager was completely fair. Jason Young, the service manager is a good person to work with. I was frustrated with the process, because I did not understand everything they had to do, but they worked with me and got my car up and running. I highly recommend these guys. We were driving threw just looking at the cars because we were looking for a very specific make and model. Cade waved at us and asked us what we were looking for and at the time we were open to see other car were looking for a very specific make and model. I've read the reviews and knew that going here to buy a car would probably be a bad place to go. It was close to home and convenient so I thought why not just too shop. When I got there, I was greeted by a friendly salesman who said he would be more than happy to provide me with any information needed. After driving a few cars I decided on one, but told the salesman I had to wait and think about it. I was introduced to a Sales Manager (here it comes the hard close) but was shocked when he thanked me for coming in, and asked if there was anything more they could do to help me out. They ran some payments for me with no pressure, and after some mild conversation I left. I decided to do my shopping and was surprised at the service at some of the other Chevrolet Dealerships, rude and high pressure sales tactics pushed me out of Salt Lake and back to Provo. Not only did they beat the Salt Lake dealerships prices but their service was top notch! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new Chevy to don't waste your time going to Salt Lake, LHM Chevrolet Provo is the place! I will be doing all my service there, and will tell all my friends where they need to go. The ratings don't reflect this sales staff at all. Top notch guys, well done! More
