My current car has been wonderful but has over 300,000 miles on it and I felt it was time to find something new to me. I have been to many car dealerships and ALL have treated me very well. I found a lovely car at the Mazda Orem Dealership. This car was beautiful nearly the car of my dreams. The monthly payment would be great! It met my wants but not my needs and I really thought I could make it work, it was after all almost the car of my dreams. With a little more talking and some paperwork I had a car I loved but did not meet my needs. As I stood in the dealership gazing at this car I realized this car fell far short of my needs. With great trepidation, a pounding heart and sweaty palms and not knowing how the manager would react. I told the dealership I just couldn't do it, I just couldn't take the car. I could see the manager was really upset. I didn't blame him at all and I was prepared to to be told to bad its a done deal. He took a deep breath and asked me if I was sure. I said yes. Bless him he shredded the paperwork, turned around, told another couple that the car was still available and sold the car to them. I am profoundly grateful to this manager for allowing me to change my mind. Thank you so very much. In my continuing quest for a car that met my wants and needs I found myself at the Larry H Miller dealership in Provo. I did find a car. I guessed I could be happy with it. It met my needs, its a very nice car, just not what I wanted and again I found myself filling out paperwork. They were so pushy about their extra service agreement I finally caved and said yes. It took a long time for the paperwork to be completed and I just wanted to go. Once I got home I did some research and found out I would be upside down in this new car loan. So within 24 business hours I called the Larry H Miller dealership in Provo and asked them as I was not in position of the car and had not delivered payment could they please tear up or shred the documents. I was bluntly told that I signed those papers in good faith and by Utah law could not change my mind. I had to deliver the money and come get my car or face legal action of some sort. So now I have a car that I do not want. I was told they would rework the finance so I would not be so upside down in the car loan. They did. It was not enough. I am still upside down in a car loan and have developed a bad taste for Larry H Miller car dealerships. More

Do not honor their word I purchased my car in December of 2013 and I purchased their Total Care Auto plan that does oil changes and has the interior and exterior protection p I purchased my car in December of 2013 and I purchased their Total Care Auto plan that does oil changes and has the interior and exterior protection plus, which I pay extra for a month with my monthly payment. Well this morning I noticed the paint was scratched on my front bumper so I called to try and see what I needed to do to get it in to get it fixed and the guy, Clayton Penrod, who talked me into this "protection plan" is now telling me that because there is no dent the policy will not cover to have this fixed. So what the xxxx am I paying for?? It shows on their site: "Total Care exterior protection includes both Paint Protection and Paint-Free Dent and Ding repair. For five years, Paint Protection guards against deterioration, fading or oxidation caused by sun, weather, dirt, humidity, household detergents or salt air. If, at any point during coverage, there is damage to the paint, we will repair it." So how is it that the last line reads if at any point during coverage there is damage to the paint we will repair it...but they will not honor what they promote?? After this experience I will NEVER business with any part of this company because they are crooks who don't honor their own word. More

Outstanding Experience I was very pleased with how friendly the sales associate was and fast to act on getting us moving on buying the vehicle we wanted. Recall for 2077 Saturn I had an appointment on 9-27-14. The service writer was very pleasant. I had come in for the recalls on my 2007 Saturn. I was originally told by the I had an appointment on 9-27-14. The service writer was very pleasant. I had come in for the recalls on my 2007 Saturn. I was originally told by the person making the appointment that 2 out of the 3 recalls would be done at this time and it would take about 1-1/2 hours. The service writer asked me it the part for the third recall was in would I like it done at the same time. He said it would take about an hour longer. I wasn't sure if I wanted to wait that long but I told him to check and see if it was in. After about an 1 hour and 45 min they came in and said it was completed and they were able to do 3 recalls. Now I won't need to come back. I am very pleased with service. Thanks More
