My last service at Larry H Miller Chevrelet of Provo I had forgotten to make an appointment to have my truck serviced in advance as I normally do, so I called in on a Saturday morning thinking that I wou I had forgotten to make an appointment to have my truck serviced in advance as I normally do, so I called in on a Saturday morning thinking that I would have to schedule something for the next week and was happily surprised when they said that they could make an appointment for me in a couple of hours. I took my truck in arriving about twenty minutes early and the service department directed me right into the shop where they took my information and informed me that there was also a recall to the four wheel drive on my truck. I was asked if I wanted them to do this today explaining that the recall would take about one hour. I told them I was short on time but could be there for just over one hour total. The service manager who I was talking to said he would see what he could do to have the service and recall done together. I was very pleased when just over an hour later they had my truck service and the recall taken care of sending me on my way just as had been promised. More

Communication fail fail fail. I gave the stars ONLY for Jeff and shuttle gal, they were awesome. If you need a shuttle ride make sure you speak with her personally. She is so nice and happy to accommodate but the service writers might not follow though with the communication. Or if she's not around there's a very nice guy there named Jeff who will step in to help. I absolutely hate going to Lary H Miller because it never goes smoothly. Also if you're getting service done and the windshield guy comes and offers to repair windshield damage don't hesitate to let him do the work, he does great BUT if it goes through insurance it is no cost so make sure to check your bill because they tried charging me 3x the cost. Lary H Miller is a horrible dealership with a few good staff. More

Do not buy here I have bought 4 vehicles and traded in two from different dealerships. This was by far the worst experience of it all..DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Worst ever! Only headaches and run a rounds from these people. Bought our truck with a service brake light. Came back to have it repaired and it took them from 11-6pm and told us they need the truck overnight. Ryan from service said they had been waiting all day for sales to approve the cost of repairs. No communication within their company or with us until hours later!! 7 hours we didn't even see our kids. By the time we got home it was bedtime. And we live 1 1\2 hours away. Then the truck was not ready until 3pm the next day. With more lights on about a sensor for tire pressure after they rotated the tires and they wanted us to wait another half an hour and pay out of pocket for the expenses. LHM Provo only sells headaches if you don't want one stay far away!! More
Saved the trip While traveling we blew the engine in our truck. In spite of the circumstance all the people we came into contact were so helpful and curtious. Horrible service experience I set up an appointment to have the oil changed on my car. I arrived 5 minutes early and there was a huge line. The line didn't take long and the service consultant was friendly and got me checked in quickly. He said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I didn't have a way to leave so I went to the service center waiting room. Nobody checked in with me until close to the 3-hour mark. The service consultant apologized and said they had overbooked and were understaffed, but this is not the first time I've spent 3-4 hours in this waiting room for a simple oil change. That seems to be the service center's policy. They overbook and hope for the best. Totally unprofessional. It made me feel as though my time was not as valuable as their bottom line. If you offer appointments, they should be honored and you should not accept more bookings than you can handle reasonably. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for oil changes from now on. More

Overall We had a great experience. Within a short time, we had purchased a vehicle with no hassle attached, Because new cars have so many wonderful features We had a great experience. Within a short time, we had purchased a vehicle with no hassle attached, Because new cars have so many wonderful features on them, and we an older couple, it was necessary for Sean to spend a lot of time with us as far as explanation, even to the screen and much more. He was very willing to do that, and did not seem to want us to hurry. He just answered all the questions that we had. We were very happy with the quoted trade in allowance and a rebate. He arranged a time when the car would be ready to pick up, as it was on the show room floor. He showed us the service dept. and had one of his co-workers, who understood the workings of bluetooth expertly, set that up for us. Always letting us know that we could call or drop by at any time with questions. Because there is so much to learn. Old people are slow learners (those are my words). When all was satisfactory, he introduced us to the finance gentlemen. I am sorry I don't remember his name (he was a rodeo guy). He too, finished all the paper work timely explaining, the license plates and title that would were to come at a later date. Hey, we were finished before noon, the only thing that would have been nicer, would have been tickets to a jazz game. Just kidding, I loved Larry Miller and what he has done for this community.
