We needed to go on a long trip and began prepping our Grand Cherokee. We found out that our wheel lock key was missing so we would have been stranded if we had a flat tire on the road. I went to the LH Grand Cherokee. We found out that our wheel lock key was missing so we would have been stranded if we had a flat tire on the road. I went to the LHM Service Department and they were able to remove the wheel locks and provide us with a replacement wheel lock key! Needless to say, they saved us a lot of trouble. They were professional and showed empathy for our problem even though they did not know that our long trip was to attend a funeral. Many thanks to Jordan Castellano and her service team for getting us out of a tight spot! More

not pleased at all with the service to our jeep. The first time was supposed to fix the cam, had to bring it back a week later to be fixed again. Then I had an oil leak from the oil cooler inside th The first time was supposed to fix the cam, had to bring it back a week later to be fixed again. Then I had an oil leak from the oil cooler inside the engine immediately after the 2nd "fix," which was probably damaged during that first or 2nd "fix." I dropped around 6500 for service that I'm not even sure was done well now after 3 trips. Unless it's something to do with the warranty of what they've just "fixed" I will never bring my vehicles here again. We have no issues with the people we interacted with in the service department, just with the job that was done. More
Good maintenance shop all in all. They need to teach their mechanics not to deflate tire pressure in winter time on a hot tire though.. not liking having 26psi cold when it should be They need to teach their mechanics not to deflate tire pressure in winter time on a hot tire though.. not liking having 26psi cold when it should be 32 first thing in the morning. Seems like all dealerships mandate it, cause they all do it. Not sure why they can't do a little math or use common sense. More
