Took Jeep in for service that was booked weeks in advance. They tell me they may not get to it and may need a rental. They schedule me a Lyft to work. Get to work and rental company calls and tell me advance. They tell me they may not get to it and may need a rental. They schedule me a Lyft to work. Get to work and rental company calls and tell me they have a car for me, location is on the same property. You have to be kidding, I should have been directed to them to begin with. Then call to check on Jeep and am told they won’t get to it at all that day. They only have one tech that can work in the 4XE. Tell me they need it over the weekend. I was not okay with that and went to pick it up. I am on my way in, Advisor messaged me and said they could get it done by 5pm the next day. At that point, all trust was lost and had zero faith they knew what they were talking about. Something that is less then a one day repair, with part on hand, after they said the car in front of mine had the same issue and it took two. No thanks, will never go there again. I wanted to buy a JLUR 392 and now refuse to give any business there with the terrible service experience. More
