She showed us 3 cars from the back lot. My wife is physically handicapped and Tina did all the running around the lot, bringing cars for us to see. She was so helpful and worked with the sales manager to arrange a deal that fit our budget perfectly. I upgraded from a 2009 300 Touring to a 2011 300C. I love the car and will recommend Tina to anyone I know who is looking for a ggreat salesperson! Gene/Gretchen Lincoln More
After working with Henry to get my dream car i will never work with another salesman again! We plan to buy another jeep in the near future and regardless of whether Henry stays at this dealership or not we w work with another salesman again! We plan to buy another jeep in the near future and regardless of whether Henry stays at this dealership or not we will follow him and his fantastic customer service anywhere. I have to say, if I'm dropping a large part of my salary on a vehicle, it better be for my dream car and Enrique understood that. He actually didn't have my Jeep available at his lot but he and his manager tracked it down in Santa Fe and had it brought over. Once it arrived we went over all of the details of my New Jeep to make sure i understood how everything worked and felt comfortable with my purchase. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and can't say enough nice things about the service and over all genuine care that went into making me a life time customer. More
I bought a truck from Marks casa jeep. Same people. 2007 truck with 42,000 miles should not have had to be worked on. they would not pay the $85 extra for a belt that was needed six weeks after I bought it. truck with 42,000 miles should not have had to be worked on. they would not pay the $85 extra for a belt that was needed six weeks after I bought it. Extended warranties offered are a con job. The finance officer talks too fast and too many numbers. That is a tip off of a rip off. The price did include a generous trade in value for my truck. That was the only good side. The price was book value which was too much for this truck. That is where they made their money. Now I know what to look for. Too bad I can't afford to buy a vehicle except every ten years or so. I did recommed a friend to this dealership and received a $100 rebate. That paid for the belt, I guess. Never again. They did not treat me like "family" as such in their ads. If that was family treatment, I am glad I am not related. More
Lonnie spent many hours helping me choose the perfect Jeep for me. He returned emails very fast and was available each time I called him. When the Jeep I ordered came in, he explained everything in laym Jeep for me. He returned emails very fast and was available each time I called him. When the Jeep I ordered came in, he explained everything in laymen's terms so that I felt safe enough to take this new jeep home. He put his card everywhere so that if I needed any help I could call him. I love my Jeep Cherokee Limited very much. Everyone I met at Casa was great and so very friendly. I highly recommend Lonnie Moody and the rest of the staff at Casa. More

Living in a small town like Carlsbad NM, and being 4.5 hours away from Albuquerque, we should have been able to purchase our vehicle from our local dealer Ross Hyden, instead of having to travel as far as we did. I'm glad Ross Hyden dealership did not give us the time of day to sell us our Jeep because it was well worth dealing with Lonnie Moody and the staff at Casa in Albuquerque NM. Need I say more all reviews are positive. Thank you More
We purchased a (Jeep-Sahara) and from the initial decision to buy, then to the paperwork process, our experience was exceptional. Our salesperson, account manager and other staff members, who went decision to buy, then to the paperwork process, our experience was exceptional. Our salesperson, account manager and other staff members, who went over some of the features of our new vehicle - awesome! Today we attended a new owner's workshop, which was extremely beneficial. We met the owner (Mark) along with the heads of his different departments - who offered ample information. We have also purchased items from your logo merchandise department - great staff. The question and answer period was informative and the whole staff were great hosts. BRAVO! BRAVO! Mark's Casa Chrysler Jeep - continue the good work. We look forward to continued good service, whenever our Jeep needs maintenance services; etc. Thank You: Mary Ann & Rudy J. Romero More
We went into see about buying a Jeep. After an hour or so of telling the salesman we did not want to pay almost $800 a month for a new car he brought over his boss and this man sat there for at least an hour of telling the salesman we did not want to pay almost $800 a month for a new car he brought over his boss and this man sat there for at least an hour telling us we could afford it, so why not get it. I walked out, I do not feel you should be PRESSURED into buying a car, you know what you can afford more than anyone else. The salesman called later on and talked with my husband and did find him a Jeep that was in his price range. It took another week of going in every day or every other day with more and more paperwork that they just had to have to seal the deal( and sometimes asking for the same info twice). The worst part of all this is that it took almost 6 WEEKS for them to pay off the trade-in we gave them(that looked like they sold with in a couple of weeks). My husband did get a Jeep he likes very much and the salesman was very helpful in this, and the NEW OWNER'S CLINIC they host is very nice and informative.Their Collision Repair service is very good. My husband's old Jeep got hit and they restored it, so that you would never know it was in an accident. More
This is the third car which my husband and I have bought from this dealership. We have received what we felt were very good prices on our trade ins. We also have felt that we negotiated a good price for th from this dealership. We have received what we felt were very good prices on our trade ins. We also have felt that we negotiated a good price for the purchase of new vehicles from Mark's Casa Jeep Chrysler. Our salesman Henry is a very good salesman. He's honest, friendly and helpful and he is never pushy. We also have dealt directly with the dealership's general manager who treats us nearly as he would family. We've also had great experiences with the service department. Overall, the employees that we have dealt with, from sales and customer service, to parts and service have been top notch professionals.
