Excellent service, far better than Larry H. Miller! Casa fixed a problem that Larry H. Miller caused. Greg, the service advisor and Jude, the Technician really solved the problem quickly. Miller did a repair but neglected to replace two console clips. This caused the dash console to rattle. Jude found it right away. Bravo guys!! More

As we all are faced with difficult financial and service experiences during these times, it was refreshing to be delighted with the cordial and gracious attitude provided by Service Advisor Greg Saenz. Greg's professional demeanor and approach to the customers situation is certainly welcomed and it is professionals like Greg, that continue to bring my vehicle back to Mark Casa for service. One of my favorite quotes is “attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference” Greg provides that positive attitude where many others in this world should learn from. The work required two visits because of the availability of parts over a period of two weeks. Greg handled all of this in a very professional, friendly and competent manner. Richard took a personal interest in making sure that the repair was done correctly and went out of his way to modify one of the skid plates to ensure a better and safer installation. I very much appreciate both of their efforts on my behalf. I would definitely recommend that you contact Greg for any new or used Chrysler vehicle requiring service. More

It was, however, time to find a new car and over the past week or so I had done my research and spoken to a couple of other dealerships in the surrounding areas. Donald "Bulldog Bradley was then referred to me by a friend. Bulldog is a genuinely nice guy that presented himself with integrity, respect and commitment. The price I was offered for the vehicle I was looking into was considerably low and the test drive was great. Bulldog made the whole situation easy and comfortable. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone that is looking for a new car at a fair price. More

We highly rate these internet sales people. We were able to purchase our vehicle for the internet recommended price and actally enjoyed the experience! At the beginning everyone was friendly. The new salesperson (he said it was his first week at MCJ) showed us the Jeeps. They were over priced. The exact same Jeeps were priced much lower at Larry salesperson (he said it was his first week at MCJ) showed us the Jeeps. They were over priced. The exact same Jeeps were priced much lower at Larry H Miller's Jeeps on the northeast side of Albuquerque. After several trips to MCJ we decided on a Jeep in the showroom. We arrived at 11am and didn't sign the final papers until 9pm that evening. We were the last 2 people in the building except the salesperson and the business person. We waited in the lounge for 3 hours before they prepared our papers. The lights were out in the entire building except the lounge and the business manager's office. When we walked in he said, "I'll bet your tired and want to get home to your family, eat dinner and relax." He also showed us how he was able to bring the payments down by a hundred dollars even after including "gap" insurance and a few other things. Since we had already gone over all the paper work and the payments were higher when we went line by line with the sales person I didn't think numbers could have changed for the worse. The papers were folded accordian style with smaller payment showing, etc. so we signed them. The business manager quickly brought out a mountain of other papers to sign. He explained each one and had us sign them. I read as much as I could and all seemed to be ok. He said not to date anything. We were very tired, we hadn't eaten or drank anything all day and I was very concerned about my family at home. When we got home our family was already in bed. I took the new Jeep to show it to my friends. We had been told it had 1400 miles because the manager had taken it home one weekend and put those miles on it, but they assured me it was a new Jeep. On inspecting the Jeep at home we found out that the car had been loaned to another person for a certain length of time. Her lease papers were in the glove compartment. I unfolded the accordian folded papers and discovered the Jeep was listed as a Demonstration vehicle. I looked up info on internet and learned that a Demo vehicle is not considered a "new" vehicle. The Jeep was on loan for 3 months. The numbers had all changed to much greater amounts and several charges had been included for services we had not requested. There was also a dent on the muffler and actual miles was over 2,000 miles. We immediately returned the car the following morning at 8am. We were told to sit down and wait until someone could help us. The salesperson arrived, looked at me as he crossed in front of me, but didn't recognize me. He then proceeded to tell the "funny" story about the idiots who had purchased the showroom Jeep. In the meantime, Wells Fargo called me and said they were financing the Jeep for us. Today I received a notice in the mail from MCJ stating they had declined our loan for the car. He did tell us as we left, "You won't be able to get a car anywhere." We DID! More
The sales side of Casa has been terrific. My wife & I have purchased two vehicles from Casa, 2009 Chrysler 300 Touring & a 2007 Dodge 1500 Ram, both from Don Bradley. He had a keen insight of what we were looking for with no pressure & a great effort to meet our described needs. Don was ably assisted in meeting our terms & conditions by Mark, the Sales Manager, a true professional himself. This did not stop when the vehicles were delivered, but in future visits,service, etc., Don always inquired about us, family & our current satisfaction with the products. Don & Mark are two extremely sincere & down to earth individuals. The Service Department does not drop off. On a recent visit I learned that one of the tires on the Chrysler had been ruined, it was professionally explained to me why it could not be repaired, although it was nearing closing & very hot. Steve the service Manager saw me discussing the issue with PJ, a service advisor, He stopped by and worked out a very fair price on four new tires. It was really helpful as we had not anticipated this need arising. (The unexpected event was a crisis as Angelina needed to make a trip out of town the next day to assist in the rehabilitation of her brother who had recently suffered a major stroke). I brought the vehicle in at the appointed time the next morning, the tires mounted,the price remained true to the quote & my wife was safely on her way. Thanks Casa More
