Having my Jeep serviced was actually a nice expeiriance. Greg Saenz, the service writer was probably the most profetional person I've ever delt with. He said he would call daily around 10:30, 1:00 and 4:30 to give me updates on the service being done. I have to admit, I really wasn't going to hold my breath waiting, I've heard it before. But I was very pleasantly surprised by the call at those times. Greg was very professional and and he made the expeiriance worry free. I know something as simple as a phone call may seem pety but these days when people just don't seem to care about the customer, it was very nice. The dealer had the item my Jeep needed in stock and I was back on the road in 2 days, I thought it would have taken much longer to fix. Again, thanks for the fast, reliable and professional service. I first met Greg Saenz about 2 or 3 weeks ago to have our Dodge Nitro serviced for oil change and tire rotation; I stayed while the vehicle was being serviced. First thing he greeted me with a hand shake and a smile, took down my info, and walked around the car with me. During my wait, Greg came out to explain to me that one part of my service was missed at 30,000 miles and my vehicle was close to 60,000; he was concerned that oil in my transimission and transfer case had not been changed out in which I agreed to change it out. When all work was done, he informed me that the differential oil had not been changed and would like to address that on my next service. The next time I met Greg was yesterday, 3 Jan 2012 when I took it in because of a problem with my air conditioning only blowing hot air; because I had the air conditioner worked on in August of 2011, he waived the diagnostic testing; he also stated that he will contact me at certain times to give me a progress check, in which he did to give me an update. When he contacted me to let me know that all work was completed and the only problem was being low on freon; he explained to me everything that was done and completed and even told me they put in tracing liquid in case this happened again and would be able to trace where the leak is located just in case. The best thing about Greg is his communications with his customers and his positive attitude....I will be dealing with Greg. More

1st thing when we called and asked about rebates we were told $1000 rebates on the 2012 Jeep's( we only got $500 rebate), 2nd Sam stated if I bought the car that night he would throw in the Cargo Cover for told $1000 rebates on the 2012 Jeep's( we only got $500 rebate), 2nd Sam stated if I bought the car that night he would throw in the Cargo Cover for FREE( when I asked him about it later, he told me it would be at his cost), 3rd thing is that I had left 6 cd's in my old car and had asked Ish if I could get them back(they were stuck in the cd player)he stated no problem, when I went back 3 days later and asked Sam about them, he told me the car was gone and no one told him about the cd's(the car is sitting on the front of the lot as of yeaterday 12-16-11). It took over a month for them to pay off my old car, this might be a normal time limit, but I was getting calls everyday. When I mentioned to Ish about the calls/texts I was getting he laughed about it. They later on wanted $700 down and I did not have it, so Ish told me he would take it out of his money made to make the payment,then I had to come in and sign another contract. When I looked at the 2nd contract there was a difference of $700 in the amount they were giving me for my old car. When I kept asking about when they were going to pay off my old car, no one seemed to have an answer, I was told we will look into it and get back with you or the check signing guy would be there on Wednesday. The only good things I can say I got out of this deal is that I have a new car under warranty and I had some money (since I did not have to make a car payment for awhile)to have a nice Christmas and to help my out my kids by being able to give them some money to help them out of some rough spots. More

We had a very good experience at this dealership, our salesperson was very friendly, and informative, which is the reason we bought the car, but the finance director, Jaonne Laursen, was above & beyon salesperson was very friendly, and informative, which is the reason we bought the car, but the finance director, Jaonne Laursen, was above & beyond professional, we have purchased many cars, BMW's, Mercedes, Cadallic, and never have I seen such a friendly, staff, not only the finance director, but employees in passing greeting us. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
