My wife and I took our Jeep Commander in for it's 60k service and worked with Greg Saenz. This was the first place me and my wife stopped to look at vehicles and we were greeted by Vince. He was very professional and greeted us with a warm welcome and was very inviting. After looking at a few vehicles Vince helped us find just the right one and was very descriptive and knowledgable about every vehicle we had in mind. He let us test drive and helped us get comfortable with what every questions we had. As soon as we felt good with the 2008 jeep liberty we were ready to go over and finish paper work. Vince helped us get to the price that fit our budget after a few trips to the manager. During this whole process we were not pleased with the managers attitude in trying to work a deal with us. We understand the process of buying a vehicle but the customer service was not appreciated from the manager. Vince did a great in sealing a deal and was awesome with his customer service and skills. I've been shopping for a Jeep to replace my '97 Grand Cherokee and found that Lonnie (now working in Parts) was the most knowledgeable salesperson I've met in any dealership. I usually know more than th Cherokee and found that Lonnie (now working in Parts) was the most knowledgeable salesperson I've met in any dealership. I usually know more than the salesperson and end up teaching them about their cars, but never buy from such a dealership. I test drove an 2010 but when I saw the 2011's decided that was the car I wanted, but had to wait a year as I never buy a new model with so many changes. When I was ready to buy Lonnie's replacement (Mike) helped me and I was totally pleased with the transaction. This is my "retirement" car so it had to be just right! Everyone at Casa has been friendly and helpful on the littlest thing. We attended a recent new customer open house and was even more impressed with every presentation. Even though we live 75 miles from the dealership and there is another Jeep dealer much closer I'll keep bringing our GC back for service and I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Jeep. More

Greg was excellent our Jeep Commander had a warning message come up on and then off. We are new to the area and were unsure where to take our Jeep. Greg kept us informed as they were trying to locate the problem and when they did contact us and even informed us the our extended warranty would take care of the cost and we would only have to pay $100. The was fanstanic especially when we needed the front differental replaced along another part. I would highly recommend Greg and Mark's Casa Jeep! More

I contacted Casa that my 2011 Chrysler would not start, I contacted Casa that my 2011 Chrysler would not start, they made arrangements to have it towed,Greg called me when it arrived, told me he would ca I contacted Casa that my 2011 Chrysler would not start, they made arrangements to have it towed,Greg called me when it arrived, told me he would call when the problem was found,he called back within an hr.,problem was with start stop module it required a soft ware up date from Chrysler to solve the problem. Greg also checked for other soft ware up dates found 2 ,one for drivability and fuel another for emissions control. The service I received was EXCELLENT,had my car back the same day. GREAT DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!! More
