The gentleman that greeted us was Blaze. He said he was new to this certain job. He was very professional, respectful and nice. If he did not know the answer to a question he admitted it and said he would find out. Needless to say we looked no further. We purchased a jeep from him and Casa Jeep. Way to go Blaze we will recommend you to anyone who asks. Thank you and we love our new jeep. More
I brought in my 2012 Jeep to the service department because a message said low tire pressure right front tire. Chad checked it out and said I had a nail in the tire. But I mentioned to him that I have the "road hazard" program . He offered to check his system for any updates. I asked him if he would also check or call about my "vehicle care" program to see if it also included "tire rotation" service as well. He informed me that neither one showed in his system (that was a little upsetting to hear). So after listening to his comments I decided to pay Anne or Larry in (finance dept) a little visit (to correct the problem(s). Because I distinctly remember when I purchased my vehicle I signed for both services to be included in the package. To make a long story short, Chad in service and Anne in finance took care of the problem(s) to my full satisfaction. Both treated me first-class and with respect. Chad and Anne listened and handled my issue(s) within their respective departments quickly, efficiently and professionally. In my opinion both Chad in (service) and Anne in (finance) deserve a raise and/or promotion. It is because of employees like Chad and Anne and the manner in which they serviced and addressed my concerns that I will continue to do business with MARK'S CASA CHRYSLER JEEP. I saw a Ford F-150 advertised on their website for "$20,497.00", stock number 12j255928A, so I called and spoke to Derek in the internet dept. He confirmed the price listed online of $20,497.00. When I got to the dealership the truck had a sale price sticker of $24,000. I spoke with Derek and tried to buy the truck for the internet price of $20,497.00. He refused to sell the truck at that price. His justification is that the internet price of $20,497.00 is "cash only" price, and that at the internet price i do not get a test drive, nor do I get detail, gas, or the 15 day warranty. I left the dealership in disbelief!!!! Marks Casa Jeep lures customers in then increases the price once the customer gets there. This is a totally dishonest practice and can not be legal. The truck is still on the Marks Casa website, my advice is to stay away from Marks Casa!!!! Derek was more than rude and did not listen to my concerns. False advertising. More

I went online and found Marks Chrysler Jeep, I called and spoke to Lawrence. I explained to Lawrence I live in Santa Fe and wanted to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I set up an appointment and went to meet him. I was extremely impressed with his courtesy, professionalism, and most of all he actually LISTENED to me!!! I have bought several vehicles and have never been treated more professionalism, attention to my needs/wants, or with complete customer focus. Lawrence is an asset to Marks Casa Jeep!!! I will never buy a car anywhere else or from anyone else. The service after the sale has been beyond belief. More
Excellent buying experience! Dylan and McColough were true professionals! This is my first experience outside of Ford and Nissan and it was a good one. Best experience in the finance office too! The only negative was that I was unimpressed with the quality of the detail job on the vehicle. I spent 4 hours the next day throwing out old french french fries and other crud found under the seats and overlapping carpeted areas along with wiping the entire inside down. The engine bay has a lot of oil around it and I expected that to be removed as well. More
