Annamarie was so easy to work with and willing to listen to my wants and needs in my new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon purchase. Was experiencing a loss of power with my wrangler and took it into Casa Service to have it figured out. Greg walked up to me and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. We talked about my problem and he took it into Casa Service to have it figured out. Greg walked up to me and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. We talked about my problem and he said he would be happy to get his technician to look at it for me. He told me that he would keep me updated thruout the day with the progress of my Wrangler. He called me around 10:30 later that morning and told me that the good news was that there was a very minor problem with my power module and that a simple software update flashing to that power module had taken care of my problem. The best news was that even though I thought my Wrangler was out of any warranty and was expecting to pay for any repairs Greg told me that he was able to get it covered at no cost to me under a federal extra warranty for smog issues. I was so happy Greg was honest with me about the extra warranty that I didn't even know existed. I just wanted to let people know that Casa Jeep is an honest place and is lucky to have employees that care about the customers first. More
Recently, we went in to inquire about trading in our vehicle. To start off, 2 sales associates got into an altercation about who will help us out. Then they came back and offered me lower than the lowes vehicle. To start off, 2 sales associates got into an altercation about who will help us out. Then they came back and offered me lower than the lowest trade in value of my vehicle according to Kelley blue book, I believe the difference was about $6,000. They were not willing to work with us, instead, they brought out our previous contract and threw it in our face about how we got such a good deal last time. It was unacceptable to me so I asked for my keys to leave. Then a different gentlemen came out and tried to persuade me, I will remind you that the trade in amount did not change, I again asked for my keys and proceeded to my vehicle And just as me and my wife buckled up, one if the two salesman came to MY VEHICLE AND OPENED MY DOOR AND STARTED POINTING FINGERS AT ME saying I wasted his time!!!!! I told him to shut my door and I would take my business elsewhere, which I did. And as the salesman walked inside he "mad dogged" me the whole way inside. If I was not with my kids there probably would have been an altercation between him and myself. I purchased a much nicer vehicle at the dealership right next door to them. The other dealership gave me what I believed my trade in was worth and the vehicle I bought was the same price but way higher on the luxury scale. I will never do business with any dealership that is owned by Mark Wiggins, i.e Marks Casa Chrysler, Marks Casa Chevrolet, or anything that starts with "Mark's Casa." If you want to get robbed then by all means, go and do business with them, hopefully the salesman won't try to force their way into your vehicle and yell that you wasted their time if you don't like what they have to say... I had just recently purchased my 2011 Chrysler 300 from a neighbor but after approx 4 months a red warning light started to flash in my dash. I asked him where he suggested I take it to to have it looked at neighbor but after approx 4 months a red warning light started to flash in my dash. I asked him where he suggested I take it to to have it looked at and he told me to take it to the Casa Chrysler service department. He said he had had it serviced regularly there and that they always treated him well and that he truly trusted his service advisor Greg. I called to see if I needed to make an appointment. Greg answered my call and told me that whenever it was convenient for me to bring my car to him he would get it checked out for me as quickly as possible. I brought my car down the next morning and was really quite pleasantly surprised with my first experience. Greg actually was the one who walked up to me as I drove up and he proceedeed to introduce himself and welcomed me to his dealership. After I told him about the light in my dash he told me that my 300 was still under Chrysler warranty and that most likely the repairs would be covered with no charges to myself. He proceeded to walk with me around my car and even opened the hood to give it a quick look over himself,. He noticed that there was some slight pink fluid leaking from around a plastic cap and told me that it looked like engine coolant and that he would have his technician look at that as well. He told me that if I would be able to wait for an hour he could get it right in to be diagnosed. I told him I could wait and he even poured me a cup of coffee ! After about 20 minutes he came back and told me that the reason the light had been coming on was because of the loss of engine coolant thru the "bleeder housing". He said that they had the parts necessary for my repair and that his technician was working on it and should have it completed in about another 30 minutes. True to his word it was finished promptly and I was on my way. Greg really seemed to care about my situation and also seemed to realize that my time was valuable. Even though I could tell he was extremely busy with other customers he made me feel like he cared about me and did everything he could to make me feel like Casa Chrysler was my new home. I will let everyone I know how honest and professional the Casa service department treats thier customers...and especiallyabout my new service advisor Greg. Kudos Greg !!! More
Greg has helped with our Jeep Wrangler on 2 different occasions. This is a lifted and modified Jeep and Greg is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help get any problem fixed. Never has occasions. This is a lifted and modified Jeep and Greg is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help get any problem fixed. Never has he had any issues with helping fix our Jeep, due to the modifications. There has been one occurrence where getting the correct modified part took a little extra time but Greg still was very helpful every step of the way. One of the best reasons to work with Greg is he remains in regular contact. He will call you when the problem is diagnosed. He will tell you if it is covered under warranty (and believe me he works hard to try and get it covered under warranty), and he will tell you how long and how much it will cost before they start working. I highly recommend Casa Jeep Service, particularly Greg Saenz, and am giving strong consideration to purchasing my next vehicle from them. More
In my search for a new car, I came to Mark's Casa dealership to find the car that fit me best. I had my eye on the Chysler 300 and had inquired about it on line. I arrived to the dealership in hopefu dealership to find the car that fit me best. I had my eye on the Chysler 300 and had inquired about it on line. I arrived to the dealership in hopeful spirits looking forward to purchase a Chrysler 300. My experience soon headed south and ended up in disaster. To begin, the salesperson had asked me to wait outside while he went to get the keys. It was at least fifteen minutes in the cold weather outside waiting for the salespeson. I finally went inside to get out of the weather and look for the salesperson who was still looking for the keys. I than requested to drive a similiar vehicle due to the disorganization of the company. On the test drive, the first question the dealer asked was in regards to my income and did not attempt to ask how I felt about the vehicle. Once back onsite, the salesperson asked that I wait another fifteen minutes so he could take care of some other buisness. When it came to the financing part I felt that I was not taken seriously and was deemed incompetent in my ability to make a deal. I was only offered one deal and when I refused was never offered another deal just lectured as if my wishes were out of the question. The price on the car had also increased by $2,000 plus vs. the advertised price on the car sticker and online. Besides these events, there was a handful more problems and I left the dealership in an irrate mood. This experience has been by far the worst I have ever had and to recommend this company would be like paying $100,000,000 for a USED Geo Metro. More
Worst experience I have had in 10+ years of purchasing vehicles. I was lied to and made to look like a fool. After thinking I had purchased a vehicle and told the deal was final, I spent the next 3+ weeks vehicles. I was lied to and made to look like a fool. After thinking I had purchased a vehicle and told the deal was final, I spent the next 3+ weeks with phone calls wanting more documentation. NEVER have I been through such a situation. They questioned why I needed the vehicle and didn't believe me with my income. Humiliating experience! Do not go to this dealership! The deal itself was marginal at best for a used vehicle. Go to Reliable Chevrolet and least they are upfront with there lies and intent. More
