I took my jeep to you all awhile back when I first bought it (used) and you took care great care of Lizzy (my jeep) then. So of course I called you all and I was very wonderfully surprised when you all told me I only needed the Transmission fluid replace. Your honesty was greatly appreciate. It's great to know that a woman can come to you and know that you will take care of her and her vehicle and she will get excellent, courtesy, honest service. You all are the best and I will always take my girl to you in the future and when I'm ready for an update (not for long while I love my jeep) I will definitely come to you. I have told everyone I know about you including the automotive shop and will continue to pass on the good word about you each and everyday. This dealership is amazing. Samer my sales rep was very knowledgable and helped me find the exact Jeep I was looking for. These guys treated me very well, there was no run around, no hassle, and it was a very comfortable car buying experience. DISAPPOINTED, LIES, ILLEGAL DEALS WELL ME AND MY PARENTS WHERE LONGTIME CUSTOMERS FOR MANY YEARS TRADING FOR A NEW VEHICLE EVERY YEAR. THE WAY IT WORKS IF YOU PUT BIG MONEY DO WELL ME AND MY PARENTS WHERE LONGTIME CUSTOMERS FOR MANY YEARS TRADING FOR A NEW VEHICLE EVERY YEAR. THE WAY IT WORKS IF YOU PUT BIG MONEY DOWN YOUR A SO-CALLED "VIP CUSTOMER" THE WAY THEY WOULD GET ME FINANCED WAS WITH MY PARENTS SIGNING FOR ME AN ILLEGAL DEAL BEHIND THE FINANCE COMPANYS BACKS CALLED A STRAW DEAL NOT ALLOWED BY THE FINANCE COMPANYS. I WANTED TO TRADE IN MY JEEP AND THE GENERAL MANAGER MR. BOB TABOR, TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR A SALE ON OCTOBER 6th 2016 AND HE WOULD GET MY DEAL DONE ON A NEW CHRYSLER 300. WELL THE 6th GOT HERE I WAS TOLD TO BRING MY PARENTS IN TO THE DEALERSHIP THEY KNEW I DID NOT HAVE ANY CASH DOWN THATS WHY I WAITED FOR THE SALE. THEY LIED TO ME AND MY PARENTS THAT THE DEAL WOULD GET DONE!! THEY WANTED US IN THERE THAT DAY, THEY SAID TO GET THIS DEAL DONE. MR. TABOR TOLD ME STICK WITH THE PLAN AND HE WOULD GET THE DEAL DONE! I HAVE TEXT MESSAGES OF MR. TABOR TELLING ME THAT AND TO STICK WITH THE PLAN AND HE WOULD GET THE DEAL DONE : ( I EVEN TOOK IN MY TRADE THEY HAD ME GET ALL MY BELONGINGS OUT OF MY CAR. MY PARENTS SIGNED AND YES IT WAS ANOTHER STRAW DEAL BEHIND THE FINANCE COMPANYS BACKS!! THEY LIED, THE NEXT DAY THEY SAID WE COULD NOT GET THE DEAL DONE THEY MADE FOOLS OF ME AND MY PARENTS!! AFTER ALL THESE YEARS THEY DID NOT WANT TO WORK WITH ME, AND TOLD ME TO PICK UP MY CAR. AFTER ALL THE ILLEGAL DEALS THIS DEALERSHIP DOES, THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT HELP US.. THIS DEALERSHIP IS FULL OF LIES AND ILLEGAL DEALS AND IM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE FINANCE COMPANYS!! AND THE OWNER MR. MARK WIGGINS WHO ALSO OWNS MARKS CASA CHEVROLET.. The Reason for my Review is to let this company know that what I heard, and witnessed, was intolerable. I run my own business. But before that I managed a company of 50+ people, and I would never tolerate my what I heard, and witnessed, was intolerable. I run my own business. But before that I managed a company of 50+ people, and I would never tolerate my managers to conduct themselves so rudely and so cocky. We were there to purchase a car, and we were working with a nice young man, "who I will not name, because he wasn't the problem" who was doing anything and everything and taking us looking around and even on a test drive, and as later on in our visit he needed to talk to his "manager". As we stood there listening to our sales guy talk to his manager by the name of Ish Martinez, we couldn't believe how this so called "manager" did not want to help this hard working sales man. Ish Martinez was so rude to his employee it was disgusting. Me and my partner just stood there and looked at each other in total shock. Why would ANY manager not be a team leader and support his follow employees? This sales man worked so hard to get us in the office, but then when he needed his manager, his manager just looked, and acted like he could care less about what "WE" needed as a possible purchaser. And because of the managers actions and rudeness to his employee alone, made us literally, and completely want to leave. I felt so bad for the sales man because he did deserve our business, but because of the way his manager conducted himself, we couldn't trust, nor invest in a company who would think it's ok to have a man like that as a manager. Hopefully Marks Casa Chrysler and jeep can improve, But if they keep people like Ish Martinez working for them. They will never have our business. A concerned customer More

Rick texted me and said "his banker" was calling me...when I returned the call hours later it was a sales manager on the voice mail.I was considering buying a Honda from them, but went with Perfection Honda-honest dealership instead. His texted comments to me were very unprofessional and dishonest. When I confronted his dishonesty he said I was dishonest for asking about rebates and rates if I didn't intend to purchase a vehicle. REALLY ??? He texted to me that he couldn't believe that I wasn't buying American because we were losing jobs- REALLY??? I was looking at a Honda at Mark Casa's Jeep! Offering me an unbelievable interest rate for my credit rating and then trying to convince me that his "banker" was calling me to confirm it when it was in fact the sales manager is shady shady business. BUYER BEWARE 505-620-0441 is not a banker for Mark Casa's Jeep. Also, if you by chance find a good honest deal somewhere else -you might be blamed for the current condition of our economy/unemployment status even though I was considering Honda there! So wish I could post these text messages here ! I'm hoping my experience is isolated with this individual salesman and does not reflect the level of customer service and professionalism that is expected from the dealership employees! More

READ ME FIRST!!!! thank goodness there are two jeep dealerships in albuquerque so you never have to use mark's casa chrysler jeep. if you use them to either buy a car or service your jeep, you will be very frustrated and sorry. susan kolar was the only bright spot in that whole dealership and they let her go. this is a long and sorry tale so sit back and be ready to be stunned... i own and am paying for a green 2012 jeep wrangler. i was finished with my errands and parked my jeep about 3 pm on july 23, 2013. on july 24, 2013, i went out to start my car and it was dead. nothing..not even the sound a starter makes when you have run the battery down. i used no lights, no wipers, no radio on my previous outing so i know i did not run the battery down. so i'm sitting there in the car with no power whatsoever...a dead car.. i called AAA. i have been a member for 26 years so i no longer even carry jumper cables in my car. i just call AAA. they came out and tried to jump start my car. the man who came out did nothing all cay but jump start cars. it was not a tow truck or an inexperienced technician who tried to jump start the car. and i have a statement from AAA that the contractor used an instrument that will not work if it is put on the wrong terminals. the tech put the cables on and the battery and wiring smoked so badly we couldn't see for a moment. i pulled the keys out of the ignition and the tech called a tow truck to tow me to mark's casa. i called the service department to tell them it was coming and spoke to greg. now listen,...from the minute i told him what went wrong, he tried to blame AAA. my car is under warranty...i have about 11,000 miles on the car...he insisted it was AAA's fault without even looking at the car. they kept my car for over 10 days before greg called me and told me "the battery will be covered under warrantly but the power module and all subsequent parts would not be and it would cost me $819.24 before they would even begin to fix the car". of course once they get the tipm in, other parts would have to be replaced costing even more money. if the battery is under warranty and it was the cause of the problem, then wouldn't it follow that what the warranted battery destroyed would also be under warranty? not according to greg. i called Chrysler consumer complaint and got a woman who was new and had just started. i asked her to look into it. she did no independent research. she just called greg and then parroted back to me what he had said. meanwhile AAA investigated and tested and took statements and did documented research and sent me the information they could not have done what greg was accusing. but since i 'tattled' on greg to chrysler, he has done everything in his power to sabotage the repair. he says he is ordering a part and then doesn't do that until he is called again. he knew once the tipm was put in that other wiring harnesses would have to be replace but did not order them until they were at that point of repair. no electrical mechanics will work on the weekend. and now the vendor has my part but is 'backlogged' and greg will not call and try to hurry it up. nor will he give me the information so i can. there is no customer service whatsoever... it is september 17th. my car is STILL not repaired and won't be, according to greg, until at least the end of september. that is two car payments i've had to make with no car. my rental, which chrysler jeep refuses to help me with is costing me $150 a week. and i will have to pay a $500 deductible to my insurance company to fix my car. a total of over $2000 for something that should have been covered under my 'bumper to bumper' warranty that chrysler promotes in its advertising. i have spoken to others who have told me that when greg gets angry, your car is going to take a looong time to fix. and this is so. he is now telling my insurance adjuster that my husband confessed to trying to start the car with jumper cables and that is an outright lie! when i contacted my insurance company, the adjuster was delayed for Two days because mark's casa could not find my car. they insisted i had picked it up! oh yeah, please note...when i was first told what my repairs were going to cost, that DAY, a sales manager, ish, called me and said he would LOVE to have my car on his lot and he would take it in trade as if there was nothing wrong with it...how about that! then another salesman tried to get me in another car that would cost $20 more monthly than i was paying. how convenient! how conniving! so it is now 2 months... i am without my financed car with no end in sight. and no telling if the repairs are going to be correct. i certainly hope i won't be required to take the car back to mark's casa when the repairs they are doing need to be corrected. oh wait, they will just tell me there is no warrantly on the parts or they are not responsible or i did it myself. right?? More

When I emailed about the car I was interested in, I got a response back unlike another dealer who didn't ever respond back and the follow-up survery didn't work correctly. He called to confirm the appointment and even after I told him I had tested the model before, he wanted me to test drive again to make sure I liked the vehicle. Had the car ready when I got the dealer for the test drive and was friendly and informative. Even, offered me a slice of pizza while I was waiting to take ownership of the car. The lady in Finance was friendly and informative. Got a great deal on the car I wanted and enjoyed my time at the dealer. Plus, Mccullough's supervisor thought a story my dad had told Mccullough when we first arrived at the dealer was quite humorous. More
This would be my 3rd visit to Marks Casa Westside dealership and my 3rd purchase of a vehicle from them. Annamarie is the most amazing sales person to deal with and of course we would only work with dealership and my 3rd purchase of a vehicle from them. Annamarie is the most amazing sales person to deal with and of course we would only work with her. She takes such wonderful care of customers and gets the job done and makes the whole process of buying a vehicle the most easiest thing in the world! I have recommended her to several people, 1 of them purchasing a vehicle from her and I will continue to do so! Everyone at Marks Casa Westside are the best people to deal with overall. We checked several other dealerships and went back to Marks Casa - we won't go anywhere ever again - just go straight to Annamarie! Dominic, in financing, is also terrific to deal with and made that process a breeze! Such a wonderful team at Marks Casa!! More
