Unlike most stressful automotive purchases which many people including myself dread, this was a great experience. On my first purchase I called looking for a particular Jeep and luckily was called back in a short time with Anna having found exactly what was needed. I did not have to play the back and forth game with the dealer trying to extract every cent out of me. A reasonable price was quickly offered and I excepted. The finance office personal did not push a hard sell and only explained options with extended warranties, etc. in a relaxed manner. It was a painless purchase that left me excited about my new Jeep. Because of this when I needed a truck I returned to Anna Marie and found the exact same level of service on my second purchase from Anna Marie Sandoval and Mark's Casa Jeep. When I wear out my truck and Jeep I will return to them for my next vehicle. More

My wife and I have often said if Sam were to leave Marks Casa Chrysler Jeep we wouldn't be able to buy Jeeps or Chrysler's anymore. We may stray to another brand once in awhile but we always realize the error of our ways and come back to Casa with a different brand car, and Sam always greets us with a smile and a shake of his head, and let's us know not to worry he can fix it. Selling cars out from under you Went in on December 27 to look at a vehicle. Talked to the salesman and test drove the car. I decided to purchase the vehicle and trade mine in. They drove my vehicle for appraisal while we were in the process of buying the other. While doing the paperwork another salesman came over and grabbed the keys off our desk and said I just sold this vehicle. If you're working a deal with someone you need to keep the keys!! If your a salesman and let someone else take them from your customer that's just bad business. This is the kind of stuff that makes people dislike and distrust car salesman. Needless to say I'll never go back to any Marks dealership and I will let EVERYONE I come across know how they do business. More

Under Allowance is the Practice I went into the dealership on Sunday 8/17 Vincent was cordial and polite. He took me and my sons out in the Jeep I was interested in. We talked about how there was an addendum sticker on all the vehicles with just prices and no boxes checked off. I was willing to trade in my 2010 Subaru WRX STi. I observed that they are retailing with like mileage at 27,500 to 29,200 on average from all the states surrounding me and in the state I reside. They seem to have enough business because they really under allowed for my vehicle at 21,000. Needless to say this is a dealer ship that I would stay away from being that they are padding their profit at the cost of the consumer? More

Dishonesty at every turn Disgusting. Not only did the sales manager try and offer me less than the bare minimum of what my trade books at but EVERY NEW Vehicle is overpriced Disgusting. Not only did the sales manager try and offer me less than the bare minimum of what my trade books at but EVERY NEW Vehicle is overpriced of the MSRP by at least 2000 dollars. Slimey, arrogant, dishonest sales manager Ish refused to give me my keys on three occasions when I asked to leave. I would have to say if a sales manager is this diahonest then the dishonesty starts at the very top. Save yourself a hassle and go somewhere else. More
