Nick was amazing, he explained every option on the new car and he contacted us when a truck was available, in which my husband purchased. Nick has a great sense of humor and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks for everything. More

Sales I have had the best experience for the first time in many years of car buying. Nico was my sales person who went above and beyond, he did what he said I have had the best experience for the first time in many years of car buying. Nico was my sales person who went above and beyond, he did what he said he was going to do and got it done in a timely matter. We just moved down from Colorado to be close to our granddaughter. We have always purchased a new vehicle and I was a little sceptical about a pre owned vehicle. Nico put me at ease as went thru there 360 auto inspection (I believe that's what it's called) and reassured me that I was our basing a clean pre owned vehicle that my wife absolutely loves. We will be back in the future to continue doing business with Nico ans Casa Chrysler Jeep. Thanks, Cipriano. More

Horrible experience, staff seemed demoralized, some did not come to work. Would not even be willing to look at it. Went on to albuquerque, on the way called Mark's Casa Jeep. Talked with "ED" : WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Very helpful, said to bring it in quickly checked it out. Told me not to worry it will make it to denver. If the engine light stays on blinking, then stop get it towed. It made it to Denver fine ! Without ED's help our trip would have been nightmare. Please reward people like ED. My whole experience was a 5 STAR event. Will never forget. Bill Sagstetter PO BOX 1067 Georgetown, Co 80444-1067 303-56-5076 More
The Old Switcheroo Sales people were OK, especially Cousin Vinnie. During negotiations, which I'm lousy at, they at least agreed to meet prices I found from other deal Sales people were OK, especially Cousin Vinnie. During negotiations, which I'm lousy at, they at least agreed to meet prices I found from other dealers, including some out of state. I was buying a 2014 Jeep Unltd Rubicon. When I mentioned installing a lift kit they said they would install it on the new Jeep, roll the price of the kit and install into the loan and the kit and install would be under warranty just like the rest of the Jeep. They called it a Mopar lift kit, as if these were Chrysler/Jeep parts. I had ordered a set of 35" tires for the Jeep and expected to install them myself, but while the lift install was in progress, the tech "Lonnie" offered to install them while the Jeep was in their shop. (No quibble with Lonnie whatsoever; he seemed honest and knew his Jeeps. I'm told he's not there anymore. Hope he wasn't TOO honest with customers.) So fast-forward 2500 miles of moderate off-road use. The front suspension parts; track bar, tie rod and drag link are worn out and the Jeep has "death wobble so bad it will change lanes all by itself while trying to shake you out of your seat. So into Mark's Casa service on a New Jeep I bought there with 2500 total miles. No techs can re create the condition I describe. Ask me to come in and drive it with a service tech. I do this and we almost run off the road 1/2 block from the service dept door due to severe front end shaking. Now that they cannot deny the condition exists they refuse to fix it because the vehicle is "lifted". But you put the lift kit on, I say, and said you would warranty the parts and install. No use, their policy is not to cover under warranty item they think might have been created by the installation of a lift kit. They offer to have me, on my own, take the Jeep to another Albuquerque dealer. This I do, with the same result. I also find out that the dealers share a common database of service issues and they have flagged my Jeep as having a lift kit installed. Guess they want to be consistent with their dishonesty and deception. To their credit they did replace the front anti-sway bar disconnector when it failed around 3000 miles and fixed a loose bump stop. It has taken a while to submit this criticism of Marks Casa for several reasons: One, since my Jeep is now "flagged" I didn't want to further irritate these people and get them really ornery about warranty work. Two, after consulting with a national chain (4Wheel Parts) I realized putting more stock Jeep parts on would end up with the same result. Jeep parts cannot tolerate the added stress of a lifted vehicle with 35" tires and will fail quickly. BTW 4 Wheel Parts in no way disparaged this dealer. They offered heavy duty replacement parts which have held up well for 5000 miles. Note that a friend with an identical Jeep with identical issues pulled into a dealer in Denver while on vacation 2000 miles from home and THIS dealer replaced the track bar with an aftermarket HD part for no charge. These are known weak points with Jeeps that are lifted and used as intended (off road, not cruising the mall!). I accept that the way this Jeep is altered and used will result in worn and broken parts. What I don't accept is being deceived at point of purchase by being told this damage will all be covered under the warranty. If they would have been honest with me I would have even paid the difference to have them put the HD parts on. Instead their short sighted attitude of dishonesty, denial and evasion of responsibility just to save a few hundred bucks will cost them lost sales and good will. And of course my experience with Casa has been recited to dozens and dozens of potential Jeep buyers I meet. Dealers like this will probably care less, because they can sell all the Jeep Wranglers they can get their hands on. If their dishonest practices persist, however, it will dent their bottom line and reputation. They will still sell cars, just fewer of them. And none to me. More

Bought a 2014 Challenger, traded in my 2010 300 Chrysler in good condition, only gave me $10,000 for it and I would end up owing 17, 000+. I trusted Lee to get me a good deal, that was my first mistake. He knew my situation and of course buttered me up real good saying he's looking out for me. Complete xxxxxxxx! I blame myself for being fooled and I feel the car salesman are all looking out for no one but themselves. Lesson learned. Customer service when getting oil changed is lacking for a nice way to put it. Cashier very rude and acts like your bothering her. Word of mouth is best way to get business, when it's bad it goes way further. More
