He never attempted to steer us in a direction that could have been more advantageous to him. Mike Murchio and Herman Romero were very professional throughout our interactions with them and they both fostered a very comfortable atmosphere. They handled the financial arrangements with extreme honesty. Everyone's trustworthiness and courtesy were paramount.
