Go buy elsewhere The only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one is because we had a good experience with our individual car salesman. I came into this The only reason this place is getting two stars instead of one is because we had a good experience with our individual car salesman. I came into this dealership knowing which vehicle I wanted to look at. Drove it, liked it went in to talk numbers. Our salesman began working with us, took numbers back and the financial representative, Brian came out with a worse offer than we had initial started at. He would not explain any of the number he had given, he was vague, rude and had zero desire to earn our business. His final remarks to us were “go buy a vehicle somewhere else”. (Meanwhile this same vehicle was also available at two other locations, so I could do that.) However, what made the whole situation worse is that we had already been assisted by the general manager, Ken, when they were trying to find the vehicle. That being said, When we were told to take our business elsewhere we did, and after the initial shock I called to inform the GM Ken how the situation had unfolded. I wanted to make sure he was aware of the unprofessional actions of his employees. He was already gone but I talked to one of the used car sales managers. He remembered us being there and who we were, and informed me that he or Ken would be calling me the next morning between 10-10:30 to try and resolve the situation. The next day I did not get a call from either. I got a call at 4pm from their online sales, following up on a completely different lead, who I then explained the situation. He informed the manager, and he gave me a call later saying he was supposedly never given the message to call. After he looked into the situation he continued to give me an offer that was not even hitting average numbers. Throughout the entire situation, I did not feel any sincere remorse, and instead got “well that has never happened here before”. All in all, I will be taking my business over to Larry Miller, where we had a FABULOUS experience, and I recommend you all do the same... especially since they tell you to do that anyways! More

After having my Jeep for over a month for a new manual transmission under the lifetime drivetrain warranty, I picked it up and the ABS light & traction control light was on and the cruise control no longer works. Really? I have 135,000 miles on vehicle. It's bad enough the transmission went bad and it took them over a month.. Of course I could have had them fix it for $250+. More
Worst service department I have ever dealt with. My mother in-law purchased her 2008 Chrysler 300 from Casa Chrysler. She loves her car and has it serviced very 3000 miles. Every time she has taken i My mother in-law purchased her 2008 Chrysler 300 from Casa Chrysler. She loves her car and has it serviced very 3000 miles. Every time she has taken it in for service she is advised that there are issues with the vehicle that will cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars. On one occasion she was advised she had a leak in the transmission. I checked the vehicle and did not locate a leak. I also had a friend who is a mechanic for Ford look at the vehicle and he did not find a leak. Another time she was told that her tire needed to be replaced because it had a nail in it. The tires were purchased from Discount tires and were under warranty. I took the car to Discount tire and they did not locate a nail in any of the tires. Most recently she took her vehicle in for an airbag recall. When she got it back her airbag light was on and her heater/AC system was not working. She took it back and was informed that Casa Chrysler would not take responsibility for the issue. They did a diagnostic check on the car and determined it needed a new power center which would cost over $1200. She brought the vehicle home and was very upset about the treatment she received from the female service writer who was very rude and belittling. I began researching the issue and discovered that the service department had turned a fuse in the trunk compartment the wrong direction causing the issue. I cannot believe a large service department would try to take advantage of a woman who does not understand cars. It is shameful. We decided to never use Casa Chrysler service for oil changes or any other repair. More

After 2 days of looking and test drives I finally found the car I was looking for. Ramzy was absolutely amazing! He was nice, extremely patient and very professional. He fought to get me a good deal on my trade-in, he fought to get me to the payments I wanted, he fought to get me a good deal! Mike in Finance was very professional, he didn't make me feel pressured. Patricia is an absolute gem to this dealership!! She is so friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles and so helpful. I had heated seats installed, there were some scratches made to the inside panels from the company who did the work. I called Angela and between her and Patricia they were on it! They provided a loaner car not only for the install but for the time it took to fix the scratches. This was my first ''new" vehicle, buying on my own. This dealership went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and what could have been a very stressful experience made it a painless, happy experience. Thank you Ramzy, Mike, Patricia and Angela.... You guys ROCK!! More
