Hiding Something Had my car serviced recently (oil change/tire rotation) with my service package. First of all, the service advisor, Lance Friedenstein, was not very Had my car serviced recently (oil change/tire rotation) with my service package. First of all, the service advisor, Lance Friedenstein, was not very welcoming and seemed like he could care less in being there. He acted like he didn't even know who I was or what I wanted when I arrived later to pick up my car. Next, the mechanic noticed I have a dash cam and he decided to block the view of the camera with a rag (wonder why he needs to hide what he is doing?). I text my service rep to ask that he unblock my camera's view. Never got a text back, but the mechanic did remove the rag blocking the camera's view shortly after. After I picked up my car, I noticed that my tires hadn't been rotated. I knew they weren't because I had a slow leak in my front left tire and took note of the air pressure before dropping it off for service. The air pressure in the front left tire was exactly the same (low). I'm tired of this sub-par servicing from dealerships. I take my car to you because dealerships use to be the one place you can trust that they will actually do the work that is needed and necessary (even if it cost more). If you are not going to do the service correctly and fully, then everyone in the service department needs to be replaced. My final suggestion would be to install cameras in all service bays with a weblink that customers can stream and watch the services being done in live time. Stop hiding/covering up laziness and incompetence. Get rid of those that cut corners, and bring back integrity to dealership service departments. More
