We were promised biweekly payments, but they sent out a guy to our house with paperwork. We never talked to a finance manager to explain paperwork. We have tried calling a manager and never called us back. Called the finance hub at LHM Chevy and they went to voicemail. Worse car purchase in my life. Service Department- It was easy to set up an appointment for next day and once I got to the appointment, Jordyn, service advisor did amazing as she usually does. Jordyn made me feel welcomed, checked me in for next day and once I got to the appointment, Jordyn, service advisor did amazing as she usually does. Jordyn made me feel welcomed, checked me in and provided me with an estimated pick up time. Service department delivered once again. I was very satisfied with the service received and all the safety precautions being in place. highly recommend service advisor Jordyn as she is very knowledgeable and always exceeds my expectations.
