I had an appointment for April 15th at 9am. Dropped my vehicle off earlier than 9 and I also had filed a claim for my tire about 2-3 weeks prior. We were told that our tire would be replaced along with our oil change, I asked for air filter and fluids to be checked and tire pressure evened out. My fiancé got a ride home and at 5pm our vehicle was not ready. When we finally picked up our jeep the tire pressure was not checked, fluids not filled, and tire not replaced. We were told that we’re still waiting on claim dept., which I understand but we were promised by our service tech that if we can bring the vehicle back tomorrow he will make sure a tire is put back on. We took our vehicle back the next morning to have the fluids checked and tire pressure evened out and most of all our tire replaced. My Jeep sat there all day and at 5pm, I’m told that they didn’t put a tire on and the tech that promised us a new tire regardless was not there. The service dept said they would schedule a Lift for me and my fiancé so we can pick up our vehicle and get me to my 2nd job which I was scheduled for at 5:45pm. We never got a notification for pick up and after 5pm I could not get a hold of anyone in the service dept, all calls were routed to the sales floor. I spoke with 3 different sales people who all said someone from service would call me back. No one called. I finally had to call a family member to pick me up to take me to the service department so I could pick up my vehicle. I was late for work and they said no tire was put on and that my claim was denied and the tech that promised a tire replacement was not answering their calls. I requested the manager to call me back and it’s now Saturday 4 days later and no call back has been received. The service tech that promised us a tire was there on Wednesday and said he would talk with his manager and give us a call back. Then we were told we can get a discount. I feel for the hassle of bringing my vehicle two days in a row and it sitting there not getting the services promised should be handled with more care and respect. I understand that our services are paid through the warranty that we paid for in our contract when we bought our vehicle, that doesn’t mean our service should be handled as second class service. More
I spent $1800. 00 this week repairing oil cooler assy. I drove it home and I still have a leak in the area. This past February a caliper bolt backed out while I was driving. Service sept did brake job prior and acknowledged that the bolt was bad or wasn’t torqued. I’ve had two sequential problems after getting service at this dealership. There better be a manager calling me ASAP about why this is happening. By the way I have time stamped photos of the caliper that lost the bolt.And today I have time stamped videos and photos of the leak underside my Jeep. More

I was pleased with the sales team when we bought the Wrangler in 2020. We recently had a service issue and I was not pleased with the first tech we had. When I brought this concern to my service advisor Wrangler in 2020. We recently had a service issue and I was not pleased with the first tech we had. When I brought this concern to my service advisor and the service manager the issue was addressed immediately. Jordan was extremely professional and addressed my negative feelings with co concerns. Her and the service technician Richard promptly and professionally tended to the issues and made me a very satisfied customer. The only reason I didn't score 5 stars is due to the original tech. More
