This dealership used to do good work at reasonable price, customer oriented. Not now since LHM took it over. I bought 2001 Jeep grand cherokee new there and always had them do repairs with good results. So t customer oriented. Not now since LHM took it over. I bought 2001 Jeep grand cherokee new there and always had them do repairs with good results. So took it to them when driver window would not go up. Their diagnosis was dead regulator, with estimate to replace of $900!!! Four years ago, i had passenger regulator replace, prior owner, total cost $404!! So LHM has raised price by $500!!! Can you say rip off?? Also service reps were very slow to attend to me when i drove in. Sat at their desk playing with computers until i had to getask them to take care of me. Very poor...sad to see a good dealership go to bad. My last visit! More
