Fouad was the sales specialist that helped us and let me tell you, he was patient kind and not once made us feel pressured to buy anything! We have experience with multiple car sales people in our past and every experience has always left us unhappy. This time was very different, Fouad has kept in touch with us everyday since we purchased our new Jeep especially since we live out of town. We had to wait to have our Jeep delivered to us since it was not available on the showroom floor. That process was super easy and even though I had worries Fouad made sure to keep me updated continually. The Jeep got here with no problems and the driver was professional and friendly. We are currently waiting on information to have our tow package installed here in our hometown and I have no doubts that the process will painless and go off without a “hitch” ;) My family and I highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle purchasing needs!
