Scheduled first year "Jeep Wave" service (oil change with tire rotation) online, received multiple reminders with good online communication. Arrived on time, quick check in process. Two hours and 15 minute tire rotation) online, received multiple reminders with good online communication. Arrived on time, quick check in process. Two hours and 15 minutes later my Jeep's basic oil change with tire rotation service was completed. That is simply an unacceptable length of time for that type of scheduled service. To add to the dissatisfaction, no additional "work" was performed... the "technicians" did not reset the oil life function, did not vacuum or wash the vehicle like other service centers do, and my Jeep had a funny smell when running afterwards (suspect oil spilled on a hot component). The first three years of this "service" is included with the new vehicle purchase... not sure I'll continue given the first impression results. More

DARREL CUBILLOS is the service manager at this location and he absolutely useless. I Initially took my car in for an oil change and a day later the car started smoking and leaked all the oil out. We had and he absolutely useless. I Initially took my car in for an oil change and a day later the car started smoking and leaked all the oil out. We had to have it towed to the dealership and they fixed it with no explanation as to what they did wrong. After the repair, 3 days later the engine started knocking and they said all 3 of the cylinders on one side needed to be repaired. So I paid them $3,000 to fix it. A week later after the repair the knock started again and they told me it was the opposite side 3 cylinders and those needed to be replaced as well for an additional $3,000. So once again we had it fixed. At no time during any of these interactions did Darrel offer anything to assist in the situation. No rentals, no discounts, no even a car wash. One month later after all 6 cylinders were repaired the car starts overheating and leaking radiator fluid everywhere. We Bring it in to Darrel Cubillos once again and he shows no sort of empathy for how much hardship this has caused my family. We use the vehicle to take our kids to school and for work. after this repair it will have been the shop for over a month. I asked Darrel Cubillos to call me with the new estimate. Does he? Nope. Instead he texts me a new estimate for $1,800 to replace the radiator. With no explanation! I This is all over a 3 month span and they tried to charge me over $8,000 worth of work with not even an apology. Clearly the car is a Lemon or the dealership and Darrel are complete crooks and out to rip everyone off. Either way Darrel has 0 clue how to help customers and could really use some lessons in customer service. Not only will I never take my car there again, I will never buy a jeep, I will tell you everyone I know how much of a scam this place is, and I’m going to write every possible complaint I can against Darrel Cubillos. Please never take your car here! More
