Would definitely like to speak with you, the sales person was very good very Courteous,, The loan officer Ann Reckner was tremendous!! Just the fact that they gave me there word that they would fix damage on passenger door frustrated!!!!

Armani, I greatly apologize for your frustrations with the service department and myself. I can assure you it is our goal to take care of all our customers and ensure they have a good experience. If you can recall the, vehicle came in May 25th for the cam and lifter ticking noise, we replaced them on one side of the engine, unfortunately this is a common repair, the repair totaled $2147. The vehicle came back for an oil change June 11th. You returned on June 19th stating it was leaking oil and smoking, the technician had spilled oil when filling it up, the engine itself was not leaking oil, I apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. The vehicle came in June 24th for ticking noise on the opposite side of the engine, which assistance was provided by Stellantis on this one and it was no cost to you. On October 16th, you came in with the radiator leaking coolant, this is a non-related concern and not unordinary on a 2014 Grand Cherokee with over 115,000 miles. Again I apologize for any frustrations we or your vehicle may have caused you, if you need any further assistance please reach out to me. - Darrel Cubillos, Service Manager, 505-372-1653
