They are terrible- I don't recommend using them. They apparently have had a large turnover in staff- both mechanics and management. Unfortunately I must now move on and find another dealership to help me, and now after 3 months must start all over. They were a waste of time! More

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe here in February 2022. I received 2 recalls that said 1 hour easy repair. I called to schedule repair here and was advised that it should take 1 hour but plan on 2. I dr I received 2 recalls that said 1 hour easy repair. I called to schedule repair here and was advised that it should take 1 hour but plan on 2. I drove 80 miles and checked my Jeep and walked over to the customer waiting area. After 3 hours, I checked on the status. I was told that recalls take 2 days. I advised that I have no way to get home and cannot do without my jeep for two days. They said that they are busy with service and repair work and recalls have to wait. I advised that the recall says “risk of injury for stop of motor while driving”. I had to get my jeep, it hadn’t been touched, and go away. The manager said I could reschedule. I cannot work with this business and cannot recommend them to anyone who wants any form of customer service. More

My wife and I were going to purchase a vehicle here so we put a $500 deposit down with Zoey, the salesperson, and Victor, the sale manager. I asked Victor if for whatever reason we decided to back out we could get our money back. He said absolutely. Two weeks later we decided to back out after realizing we needed a minivan sooner. The vehicle hasn't even built yet and but Victor stated it already has a vin and has to call his rep. Never heard anything back. I've called and left a voice mail to Victor and texted Zoey multiple times. Two more weeks later still no response. I've been ghosted. There were no contract signed that the money was nonrefundable. The people who work here are not to be trusted. I would never consider purchasing from this dealership. I will be contacting the BBB and State Attorney office soon. More
