Had a recall scheduled for 1/8/24 for my vehicle, brought it in and shortly after we received a call saying that the parts were not in and that they would be in the next day 1/9/24.. Secided to leave vehicle it in and shortly after we received a call saying that the parts were not in and that they would be in the next day 1/9/24.. Secided to leave vehicle over night knowing parts would be in next day. Received a call early afternoon saying that the parts were still not in and that the truck was stuck in Colorado due too weather and hoped the parts would be in next day 1/10/24. I decided to pick up vehicle and be called when parts are in. Appointments should not be schedule if parts are not readily available. This was a huge inconvenience because I live all the way across town and was down to one vehicle for two days and will still have to bring back when parts are in. Very much not happy about this. If this were not a recall I would not be returning to this place for service on my vehicle More
I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for a oil change and tire rotation. I was made aware that the transmission fluid needed changing, as did both front and rear axles. The Jeep was taken into the service bay at about 0810, and the service was completed at approximately 1320. I received a 10% Military discount, which I appreciated. I gave the Dealership Service Department a “3” rating due to the amount of time they spent servicing my Jeep. I don’t believe it should have taken so much time for the service to be completed. More

Experience overall was really good. It did take a little longer than other places for an oil change only. The cost for a single oil change ($100) is a little too pricey. Despite making a timely appointment and arriving early, the service took excessively long, over three hours, against the advised 90 minutes. Post-service, I encountered a serious issue just two miles into my drive - a burning smell accompanied by smoke and visible oil leakage from my vehicle. The service center's response was concerning; there was a lack of transparency about the cause of the problem and poor communication throughout. The oil level was alarmingly empty when checked by the shop foreman. Leaving my vehicle overnight for rectification, I faced further frustration with promised updates not being delivered and misleading information about the pickup time. The cleanup of the oil spill was unsatisfactory, with oil still present in various parts of the vehicle. This experience reflects poorly on both the technical competence of the service team and the customer service standards at LHM Casa Chrysler Jeep. The advisor's inability to provide clear information and the overall handling of the situation have left me with deep concerns about the potential long-term damage to my engine and a lack of trust in the service center. As a result of this ordeal, I am regretful of my decision to purchase a 3-pack service deal beforehand and am now reconsidering using it. For fellow Jeep owners considering services here, I advise caution based on my experience. More
