My initial experience with the dealership was somewhat ok. As most consumers in today’s economy I was shopping around looking for a cost effective deal that would meet my budget. I had narrowed my choices between a car at Mark Casa Chevrolet and a car at another local dealership. I made my choice founded on my visit of the two dealerships, the test drives of the vehicles, looks and appearances of the vehicles, and from online resources. My initial visit to Mark Casa was on Saturday 26, May 2012. I went back to purchase the vehicle on Monday 28, May 2012. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 3:30pm and didn’t leave until 8:30pm. The car was supposed to have been detailed and it was not. They merely washed the outside with a hose not even with soap. The windows were streaked and dirty, the dash was dusty and the seats were just as dusty. The sales men that were working with me didn’t did not seem to focus on customer service as much as what time they were getting off or what was going to be said on this or another evaluation. After hours, and hours of waiting to sign the contract, I left for home. The next few days were a living nightmare. Call after call from the two sales men poured came into my phone lines. I felt as if I were a criminal being harassed and hounded as if I were in the wrong for a felony crime. With the imperative demands and forceful attitudes of the two sales men I felt threatened and belittled. I kept my end of the bargain, since then there have been no calls back so that they do not have to fulfill their end of the agreement. I feel that this irrational display of customer service is demeaning to the community of Albuquerque and discredits Chevrolet and General Motors. At this time I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in the community. More
My experience was good. This was the first time I have bought a car and it went better than I expected. I was also taught more how to drive stick. I have purchased at Marks Casa chev before and never had any troubles. This time we ran into some difficulties getting the vehicle I wanted. Bought the vehicle, and Waited 4 weeks for the Parts, And service to Repair a few Items including a $2800.00 that I had ordered. Rediculous.**(revisited) So two weeks later they got my part in , Snapped the service to Repair a few Items including a $2800.00 that I had ordered. Rediculous.**(revisited) So two weeks later they got my part in , Snapped the Soft top front bracket in 1/2, left the Rollcage liner Detached, and Left Glue in the windshield (after it was replaced) the inside of the Jeep was left with a pile of cardboard scrapps (oddly shreaded) It was re-fuled to full (only decent thing to happen since i bought it). Im not even going to bother to re-Call the manager again... its obvious they do not Provide support they actually care about.. its all 1/2 done if at all. This was there chance for a decent review and they yet again FAILED. More
