I received an invitation in the mail at the proper time. Before I came in, I corresponded with Chuck about what I was looking for. When I found the car I wanted on your web site, I e-mailed Chuck and asked Before I came in, I corresponded with Chuck about what I was looking for. When I found the car I wanted on your web site, I e-mailed Chuck and asked him what my chances were of getting it. He was very positive and we made an appointment right away. When I got there, he had the car ready to test drive and explained the particular program I needed to buy the car. Everything went smoothly and I now have a car that I really enjoy. There was a slight leak in one of the tires that was taken care of promptly, even though the tire had to be ordered. The only other critique I might have is that it took a while in the finance department, as you were fairly busy. The wait could have been shorter, because we were aware that one of the financial guys left knowing there was a long list of people waiting for service. That, however, had nothing to do with the way Chuck handled this deal. In fact, he was so cordial and likeable, I do believe we'll have a golf date soon! Thank you. More
My husband and I have always been leary of car dealerships, because we felt they weren't working for us let a long looking out for our needs. but i must admit Chuck Nunley at Marks Casa on lousian dealerships, because we felt they weren't working for us let a long looking out for our needs. but i must admit Chuck Nunley at Marks Casa on lousiana & Lomas made us feel like he s not only looking out for us, but was working for us. I normaly don't write testimonials to business's, but this car shopping experience was exception for us. I'm glad we perchased our vehicle here, I am definitely recommending this dealership to my friends & family, and coming back when we're ready to shop again! Thanks Again! Tim & Niome Chavez More
Lets start out the dealership was amazing, the employees were friendly and all had great attitudes. They actually seemed like they were interested in helping us get a car which was a first and being turned were friendly and all had great attitudes. They actually seemed like they were interested in helping us get a car which was a first and being turned down by many other dealerships this was a great feeling. Id also like to be more specific that i didn't just buy a car from Marks Casa Chevrolet ... I bought a car from CHUCK NUNLEY he was the best salesmen/friend when it came to the facts he wasn't pushy at all and very informative and even after the purchase he has kept in contact to make sure all is going well and has made sure we haven't had any problems with the car we bought. I appreciate all the help we received from Marks Casa but if not for Chuck who knows what would have come about. I will forever buy cars from Chuck Nunley even if he moves out of state and is still willing to help ... i just wanted to say thanks for all you did and me and the wife appreciate it more than you know. My experience at Mark's Casa Chevrolet: My wife and I had toyed with thought of trading in 2008 chevy silverado, to get into something with more room for the kids and their friends. It was an idea that w had toyed with thought of trading in 2008 chevy silverado, to get into something with more room for the kids and their friends. It was an idea that was only wishful thinking. We had previously did research on dealerships to look into, in and around the Albuquerque area. We narrowed our search to 2, which was galles and Casa. We first go to Casa and at this point we are just looking. We are not even thinking of attempting to buy, given our situation. A trade-in, that we still owe alot on and no money to put down. We had just purchased a house, so we were still adjusting to the new budget we were on. We run into a young gentlemen named Justin. Meet and greet, small talk and so on. We explain our situation to him and he doesnt even flinch. He says, ok come inside, lets see what we can do. I said to myself, ok, time to play poker. Put on my pokerface. Justin didnt play poker, neither did his manager. It was plain and simply. This is what were asking and this is what we need and can afford. They said, Ok! Will see what we can do. It was late and they needed time to work on it, so we left Casa feeling pretty good about it. After the visit with Casa we received several other calls the following day ,from other dealers. One of which was galles. So while pending the wait for an answer from Casa, my wife and I go to galles. We meet with the salesman. Tell him our situation. From the get go, red flags started going up. We told him we were also dealing with Casa. We looked in the lot for the same vehicle that we wanted at Casa but they didnt have the color we liked. The next model up which was an LT, was a little bit more expensive, but had the color we liked. But he said we not matching apples to apples here and your payment is going be higher. Another red flag. He didnt seem interested in helping my wife and I. I felt that either our situation was impossible or there was no hope. Anyway we continue. We go inside. We tell him Casa's prices. Then he gives us the scoop of what Casa' s does. At this point, im not feeling this guy. So I just nod my head act like im agreeing with him. Another red flag. You dont make negative comments about your competitor. So we start talking. Then he says its about the numbers. Plain and simply. It as though they set the bar and see what your reaction will be. If its ok with you then will aproach the sales around that payment. So im calculating in my head and I dont agree with where hes figuring his prices. So he says, your looking at payments at this amount. Im thinking why are talking about payments when im interested in the price of the vehicle, the rebates and everything else that you can do to get me into a vehicle. I looked over at my wife and she is feeling the same discouragement im feeling, and says, No, i dont want to continue, and says thank you. Gets up, and aproaches the door. I follow her lead.We left galles discouraged. Shortly after the galles experience, I get a call from Justin. He says " We did it!" when can you come in. So we get to Casa and find out, not only do they give us the price of what we were asking, they go even lower than I expected..and on top of that they give us an amazing rate and gives us more for our trade. Its been a week and im still feeling the love they showed my wife and I. I never felt at any point of being taken advantage of or disrespected. And just the little things. The manager coming over to greet us, he doesnt just stand but actually sits down with us. He meets us at our level. To say "Hi, how you doing!" I felt a family type enviroment there. The joking, the smiles, the laughter. All in all I like to give 5 stars to Casa Chevrolet in all areas. They have made the impossible for some dealers, possible. But last and definitly not least, All credit goes to God. It is he who made all this possible. Sincerly, Letitia and Patrick Begay More

I would definitely recommend Mark's Casa Chevrolet as a dealership to do business with because of their professionalism and easy-going demeanor. In particular, I would recommend Justin Williamson as the s dealership to do business with because of their professionalism and easy-going demeanor. In particular, I would recommend Justin Williamson as the sales professional to work with. I say this because Justin knew the product, worked with patience and confidence of the Mark's Casa dealerships dedication to customer satisfaction to support our negotiation. Justin took time to listen to and understand our needs and pointed-out appropriate pros and cons of the vehicles we were interested in. Again, Justin's knowledge, professionalism and true respect for the customer made it absolutely pleasant to work with him and Mark's Casa Chevrolet. It would be in your best interest to stop by and visit with Justin and the rest of the team at Mark's Casa Chevrolet. More
I recently bought a Chevy Volt. The sales personnel were not high pressure. They provided the information I needed over a period of a couple of weeks. They showed interest without bugging me. They gave a not high pressure. They provided the information I needed over a period of a couple of weeks. They showed interest without bugging me. They gave a very good deal on the Volt with excellent financing. I am 56 years old and have never purchased a Chevy product before. I have enjoyed my Toyota Camrys for years. However, GM built the right car when they built the Volt. They got it right! The all electric range of 40 miles will allow me to cut my gas use in approximately half. The gas range extender eliminates any possible range anxiety since very few charging stations exist at this point. The Volt allows us the ability to switch to electric powered transportation now by charging at home until the day (which will come) that charging stations are readily available in public places. The cost of electricity powered miles is approximately 1/3 of gasoline powered miles when gas costs $3.60 per gallon and you have a 30mpg gas powered car for comparison. This discrepancy is likely to increase over the years and make it even more important that we switch to electric. We are importing nearly 10 million barrels of oil/day at $100 per barrel that is $1 billion per day every day of the year. Each $1 billion represents about 20,000 jobs that could be created in this country with minimal loss to the oil industry jobs because we would still need all of the domestic oil jobs we can create. The cost of energy in the U.S. has risen from about 5% to about 9% of GDP in the last several years. It is killing our economy. We need more people to buy electric vehicles like the Volt and turn our economy around! When you compare the cost of a Volt to a new gas powered vehicle and taking the gas savings into account over an 8 year period you are looking at a $25K car (after all rebates). More
Kris was WONDERFUL! He was professional, timely, friendly and was extremely easy to talk to. I came in wanting one car, and left with a beautiful 2013 Camaro and couldn't be happier. He even stayed with me u and was extremely easy to talk to. I came in wanting one car, and left with a beautiful 2013 Camaro and couldn't be happier. He even stayed with me until my OnStar was fully connected. I will, without a doubt, tell everyone I know about Kris and Mark's Casa Chevy. Thanks again, Kris! More
