The dealer took a month to fix the issue and ended up replacing the timing chain (according to my paperwork). Now at 50K miles the same code has appeared. An independent mechanic has verified its the timing chain again. When I talked to Richard Chavez the service manager he indicated he would see what could be done and call me back. So no call back (I tried several times to reach him after the initial conversation. So what we have is a dealer not backing their product and with no integrity. If someone says they will call back they should. Do not purchase a vehicle here. Do not service a vehicle here. More

Service cashier gave our car keys to another customer who took them home. At least that was the story we were told. Without the keys we could not pick up our car when the work was completed. They say they are going to deliver it to us because of the inconvenience. The guy who delivers it says he is taking care of us by filling the tank. We filled it up on the way to the dealership. I brought a work vehicle in for service. After the service was completed I began to receive periodic un-solicited auto-phone calls and text messages about future services. Even though I never signed u service was completed I began to receive periodic un-solicited auto-phone calls and text messages about future services. Even though I never signed up for this feature. I have had to call the dealer several times to be removed from this list. The website for Mark's Casa Chevrolet, lists the service center # 505-769-5827 but when you call this number you reach the front desk and not service. Every time they connect me to the service line, I can get no human to talk with but just a blank voicemail box. More

They told me to c After only 37,671 miles I began to have engine problems. The service dept. told me they were certain I needed a new engine valve. They told me to contact Chrysler Customer Care service to inquire about my warranty, as I had missed a free 5 year engine inspection by a few months. Mark's Casa replaced the engine valve and head, but realized that the piston rings had failed and the cylinder was scorched. Chrysler Corp. initially agreed to cover the repair and extend my warranty, but after it was determined the entire engine needed replaced they only offered $2K towards the $10K estimated replacement. After a failed attempt to get Chrysler Corp. to cover the "lifetime" powertrain warranty, and the costs involved, I decided to take the vehicle to another shop for the replacement. Mark's Casa would not allow me to pick up my vehicle unless I paid them $895.25 for their improper repair and diagnosis. On top of that, I now own a $34K vehicle with only 37K miles that I will have to pay many thousands of dollars more to replace the engine. Caveat Emptor! More

On July 29th I was driving around looking to buy a new Chevy Camaro and was searching real hard for the best deal in town. I had found a Camaro at a different dealership and was almost set on getting it before I went to the used car lot at Mark's Casa. When I arrived at the car lot I saw that there were four different Camaro's on the lot. I went to look at one of the cars when Chuck came outside and introduced himself to me. After looking I had decided that I had found the perfect Camaro for me, which ended up being a 2013 LS with only 2,427 miles and the price on the tag was a little over $23,000. Before even going any further Chuck suggested we go inside and take a look at their website to see if the price had been lowered online since the sales manager, Chris, lowers the price on the website first before changing the tag price on the vehicle. The price of the vehicle ended up being just a little under $21,000. I was so thrilled that Chuck was so willing to help me get the best deal instead of just trying to push the sale at the most he could get for the vehicle. It was getting near the end of the day and I really wanted that particular vehicle and I was not going to be able to get there first thing the next morning, so I requested that they allow me to take the vehicle home and come back the next day to finish the paperwork. Chuck checked with Chris and Chris had an awesome attitude and allowed me to sign a paper that allowed me to borrow the vehicle for the night. I came back the next day and finished all of the paperwork. While I was finishing the paperwork, Chuck took the vehicle and filled the gas tank, had the car cleaned and on top of that, because he is such an awesome sales person and because he said I was a really cool to work with, he went ahead and got me some upgraded floor mats that actually had Camaro written on them, which I felt was really awesome. Before working with Chuck my family had done all of our purchases the Quality GMC but now I will go back to Chuck for any future purchases of my own and I will definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends. Chuck was not your typical pushy sales person and was the best sales person I have ever worked with. More

My mother and I were recommended to Casa Chevrolet from several people. We spoke with Scott Wells, as he had heard numerous recommendations related to his professionalism and efficiency. Upon our visitatio several people. We spoke with Scott Wells, as he had heard numerous recommendations related to his professionalism and efficiency. Upon our visitation, we looked at several models that were reasonably priced, test drove a car, yet they didn't fit the exact envision I had for the car I was looking to purchase. I had hopes in finding an Altima. After verbalizing this to Scott, he asked what I wanted in a car, and promised he would find it. He stated that it may not be immediate, but rather it was a matter of finding the special requests. My mom and I begin to drive home, and within 30 minutes, Scott had found the exact model, color, and price range that I had requested. Unfortunately I was not able to pick it up immediately because of my conflicting work schedule. Scott was understanding, professional, and patient. In completing the paperwork, he outlined the finance aspects in layman's terms and made it simplified and easy to complete as I did not have to communicate with my bank, the paperwork was all done at the dealership completely. The overall experience was what I was hoping for in purchasing my first vehicle. My mother was impressed as she has gone through the process several times. The two gentlemen who we worked with Scott Wells, and Darrell his assistant made the experience of buying a car exciting and rewarding rather than stressful. Following purchasing the car, I would not do anything differently. Helpful dealer, and purchased the exact car I was hoping to find. More

But dealership refuse casa Chevrolet... They refused my vehicle because it was purchased in Santa Fe... Finally got GM and OnStar to book.the appt... But dealership refused shuttle service since I wasn't their customer! Room the vehicle in seemed ok... Got a callback 4 hours later that a simple computer update was done... Picked up my vehicle which first off no one could find... They kept telling me it was parked somewhere it wasn't... 20 minutes later they find it and bring it out... Covered in greasy handprints inside and out...mind you this vehicle is only 6 months old... They didn't care when I mentioned it... Last I drive home and start checking things on my vehicle.. They reset the OLM and didn't tell me and removed the oil change sticker.... I called and asked they said it was no big deal and not their fault... That I needed to do an oil change to correct at my cost!!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!! More
