Larry H. Miller on Lomas in ABQ NM. I had my 2002 Cadillac Escalade serviced recently .I was told after i paid the $160.00 for the diagnosis that someth Miller on Lomas in ABQ NM. I had my 2002 Cadillac Escalade serviced recently .I was told after i paid the $160.00 for the diagnosis that something was wrong with my battery and it would cost $500.00 to repair it, I paid it and my car is still vapor locking . I brought the car back because this did not fix my problem, my car is still vapor locking when it get hot. The technician repaired stuff that he said was causing my car to vapor locking; but now $2100.00 later my car is still vapor locking. Now I'm being told I need a part that is no longer being sold. I found the part, and then I was told they don't use after market parts. I just want my car repaired or part of my money back, minus labor. I was told there was nothing else they could do but they was not going to give me some of my money back, I asked for their corporate office and was told they don't have the number. I have spent over $2600.00 dollar and my car is still vapor locking . what can i do about this, I feel like they just robbed me. Has any one else had to deal with this if so let me know. More
