Service deptaetment is usually good. However the service writers have horrible customer service. Went in today, 10-19 for an appointment made on 10-13. Needed an emissions test done. Was told by Luis the ma writers have horrible customer service. Went in today, 10-19 for an appointment made on 10-13. Needed an emissions test done. Was told by Luis the machine went down sometime last week. If it was before I made my appointment, why wasn’t I told about it? If it was after I made my appointment why wasn’t I called? I was even there on 10-17 for a recall on a different vehicle. When I confirmed the appointment for today with Luis and if the machine was still down, why didn’t he say anything? I have had nothing but problems with this Toyota dealership from buying vehicles, to getting them serviced. The only department that does a good job is the parts department. Also the only thing Luis could say was well you can go talk to the service manager. No customer service skills at all. Sad when you have to take your vehicle to the dealer and they really do not care. More

Very unsatisfied!!!!! Worse service from a car dealership I’ve ever experienced. I bought I brand new2020 Camry from this dealership and I’ve had to bring it in multiple times in a month for the same issue. I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend coming here because the service center is not helpful at all. Do not recommend. My vehicle has 5000 mines and has issues that the service department will not address. I suggest going to another dealership if you are looking for a new car. More
Richard was a very polite young man. It was busy the day I came in to pick up. As I was waiting for my truck talking to another customer with a dog, they were so backed up Richard went and got my truck for I came in to pick up.
