I purchased a Toyota 4Runner on October 10th and picked it up on October 20th. The finance manager, Kevin Ortiz told me he would get the contract to me when I picked it up. As soon as I got my truck in they got right to work on it. While I thought I knew what was wrong with it they went ahead and checked several things to make sure we agreed on what the problem was.
