Nothing was resolved and I was charged $160 for 15 mins after speaking with a Toyota master tech about my Tacoma . Very disappointed with this dealership. My car was brought in for two reasons. Rotate the tires and set the monitor. I was there for three hours. Not one service person talked to me. The tires were rotated but the monitor was not set. I have been a loyal toyota Customer for 5 years now and always got my service done at the dealership. Recently the service department has been horrible to say the least. Even before they started this new a always got my service done at the dealership. Recently the service department has been horrible to say the least. Even before they started this new app style service it was hard just to get ahold of anyone to set up appointments. The app fixed that issue but now it's impossible to get ahold of your service advisor or even a supervisor if you have any issues. When you call they transfer you to your advisor that never answers and you never receive a call back. I love toyota vehicles but they really need to get it together with their service department especially here at American Toyota. I will take my service needs elsewhere unfortunately and hope people have a better experience than what I have. More
