The worst salesman award at Larry H. Miller Toyota goes to Salesman Desmond Pope (Des). I purchased a truck with Desmond Pope on 04/03/2022. I drove out of State because I had purchased Miller Toyota goes to Salesman Desmond Pope (Des). I purchased a truck with Desmond Pope on 04/03/2022. I drove out of State because I had purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership which I currently still own. So, I figured it will be easier on the 3rd. Everything went well heck I even paid 3K over MSRP because of the Chip / Pandemic shortage. But little do I know, I was in for the ride of never getting replies, texts or updates from Des Pope. I had traded in my truck and told Des that I would like to have my license plates back to me but since I was in rush I forgot to check and left. Only to realize he only removed the rear plate. So, I called him when I was about 20 miles out of the dealership saying I think you have forgotten to remove the front license plate, he said don't you worry just text me where you would like to get it shipped and we'll mail it to you. Today is 4/21/22 left 20 phone calls to Des, a couple of texts, messages at the front reception, and his work colleague Clay, Natalie. Well since they charge more than MSRP at least you would think they'll take care of their customers but, it seems like apparently, no one is giving a Shi*. On top of that, they charged me sales tax on my trade-in. When I went to pick up plates for the new truck DMV told me to make sure I get a refund from the dealership for the trade-in sales tax difference which is close to 2K which I did not receive yet. TOYOTA should review customer complaints against the dealership and take some kind of action. I'm to a point where I'm just been run around in circles or go to the dealership which is 6 hrs. away which seems like the last option. More

Eventhough we're in a pandemic and car prices, new and used, are going through the roof, Larry H. Miller American Toyota was very willing to work with me to get me the car that I wanted for the price I wa used, are going through the roof, Larry H.
