By far the worst services experience I’ve ever had, scheduled a service for their first time slot in the morning at 7 am hoping I would not be there all day. The service was for a simple oil change and scheduled a service for their first time slot in the morning at 7 am hoping I would not be there all day. The service was for a simple oil change and also to fix a buzzing sound in the door. 3 and a half hours later they did not fix the buzzing sound instead said the whole door panel needed to be replaced when it was obviously a tiny piece of trim. The is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this dealership, the sales staff was beyond condescending when I first purchased my truck and their service staff is incompetent to say the least, so this will be the last time they ever receive my business. If you are going to get your vehicle serviced here make sure not to schedule your appointment with Morgen Wade she is clueless and like a deer in the headlights when posed with any sort of question.
